INTRODUCTION
Thank you for selecting the FITFIU product.
The Melty-station home gym is constructed from heavy-duty, powder-coated
tubular steel that is sure to stand the test of time and features large, non-
slip rubber feet that will prevent unwanted movement. FITFIU maintain their
reputation for quality with high-density cushioning and their choice of soft,
sweat-proof materials. The leg, foot, and arm holds thick padding offers
support so you feel in complete comfort while you workout. The included cable
attachments have rubber handles so you can maintain a firm grip no matter how
heavy you chose to lift.

- Elderly or disabled users should only use the equipment in the presence of an adult who can provide assistance if required.
- Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are in use or where adequate oxygen is not available.
- Keep dry – do not operate in wet or moist conditions.
- Keep the unit on a solid, level surface with a minimum safety area clearance of two meters around it. Be sure the area around the equipment remains clear of any obstructions during use.
- The equipment is for domestic household use only.
- One person only should use the equipment at a time.
- Wear comfortable and suitable clothing when using the equipment. Do not use the equipment barefoot or in socks. Always wear appropriate, enclosed athletic footwear. Never wear loose or baggy clothing as it can become caught on the equipment and create a hazard.
- Do not leave children unsupervised near or on the equipment.
- Children should not be allowed to play or operate the equipment at any time.
- This equipment is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the equipment by a person responsible for their safety.
- Keep hands clear of all moving parts.
- Before using the equipment, check that all visible fasteners are sufficiently tightened and secure and that the cables are in the runners and in good condition.
- Handle or move the equipment with due care to avoid personal injury or damage to the equipment.
- Before using the equipment, stretch and warm up properly.
- Never operate the equipment if it is not functioning properly.
- This machine is only for indoor or family. Users’ body maximum weight is 120kg. Person whose body weight exceeds this limit should not use this machine.
- Please always regularly that safety chain guard that protects the moving parts of the machine is secured and in good order. Please make sure to keep 0.5m free space around equipment.
- This machine is only for domestic use.
ATTENTION: Before beginning this or any exercise program, consult your
physician first. This is especially important for individuals over the age of
35 or persons with pre-existing health problems. Read all instructions before
using we assume no responsibility for personal injury or property damage
sustained by or through the use of this product.

ASSEMBLY
GENERAL SET-UP INFORMATION
- The assembly should be done by two audits if possible. Carefully read the manual and look at the explanatory drawing on previous page before starting setting the item up.
- Remove all packaging material and spread all parts onto an even surface to get an overview and facilitate the assembly. Protect the set-up area ground by using any kind of cover.
- Check all parts listed in the parts’ list are included. Do not dispose of the packaging material until the assembly is completed.
- Note: When using tools a danger of injury exists. Use caution and keep the work environment as risk-free as posslble. Dispose of foils or plastic bags that pose a choking hazard to children.
ASSEMBLY STEPS
NOTE
Don’t fully tighten all boats before the entire unit has been completely
assembled.
STEP I
- Attach the Rear Stabilizer (03) to the Base Frame (01) and tighten by X2 Hex Head Bolt (30), X4 Curve Washer (34) and X2 Nylon Nuts (38).
- Attach the Front Stabilizer (04) to the Base Frame (01) and tighten by X2 Hex Head Bolt (30), X4 Curve Washer (34) and X2 Nylon Nuts (38).
- Attach the Upright Support Tube (02) to the Base Frame (01) and tighten by X2 hex Head Bolt (30), X4 Flat Washer (34) and X2 Nylon Nuts (38).
STEP 2
- Slide both Guiding Tube (05) through Rubber Ring (47) into the 2 holes on the Rear Stabilizer (3), tighten from the bottom side by X2 Curve Washer (33) and X2 Hex Head Bolt (22).
- Place the Weight Stack (63) into the Guiding tube (05). (Watch out personal safety)
- Place the Bushing for Weight Stack (55) onto the Select Bar (12) and fixed by the Fixed Pin (40). Then place the Weight Stack (62) upper the Select Bar (12) and place the Flat Washer (36) upper the Weight Stack (62).
- Insert the Select Pin (32) through the Weight Stack (63) into the hole of Select Bar (12).
STEP 3
- Place the Guiding Tube (05) into the Bridge Tube (08) and tighten by X2 Flat Washer (33) and X2 Hex Head Bolt (22).
- Attach the Bridge Tube (08) to the Upright Support Tube (02) and tighten by X2 Hex Head Bolt (30), X4 Flat Washer (34) and X2 Nylon Nuts (38).
STEP 4
- Attach the Seat Support Tube (06) to the Upright Support Tube (02), tighten by X2 hex Head Bolt (30), X4 Curve Washer (34) and X2 Nylon Nuts (38).
- Attach Backrest Cushion (57) into Upright Support Tube(02), tighten by X2 Hex Head Bolt (25) and X2 Flat Washer (34) through the thread holes on the Backrest Cushion (57).
- Attach the seat (58) to Seat Support Tube(06) tighten by X2 Hex Head Bolt (24) and X2 Flat Washer(34) through the thread holes on the back side of Seat (58).
- Screw-in the Small Rubber Stopper (52) into the front side of Seat Support Tube (06).
- Attach the Leg Curve Tube (07) to the front side of Seat Support Tube (06), tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt (29), X2 Flat Washer (35) and X1 Nylon Nut (39).
- Attach the Foam Tube for Leg Curl (15) into the holes on Leg Curl Tube (07) and front/upper bracket of Seat Support Tube (06).
- Attach the Foam for Leg Curl Tube (54) onto the 2 sides of each Foam Tube for Leg Curl (15).
STEP 5
- Attach the Pull Unit (09) to the Bridge Tube (08), insert the Axle for Pull Unit (19) through X4 Powder Metal Ring (31), X2 Flat Washer (35) and tighten by X2 Nylon Nuts (39).
- Attach the Butterfly Arm R (10R) to the right side of Pull Unit (09) through X2 Powder Metal Ring (31) and X1 Flat Washer (35) and tighten by X1 Nylon Nut (39).
- Do the same procedure for the Butterfly Arm L (10L) to the Pull Unit (09) by same parts.
- Attach the Connecting Bolt (18) onto the Upright Support Tube (02), tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt(23), X2 Flat Washer (37). Put the Knob (67) onto the Connecting Bolt (18) by through Flat Washer (36).
- Put the Foam for Butterfly Arm (53) onto the R/L Butterfly Arm (10R & 10L) and adjust to certain position.
- Attach the Handlebar (11) onto the Butterfly Arm R (10R), tighten by X1 Curve Washer (33) and X1 Hex Head Bolt (22). Do the same procedure of Butterfly Arm L (10L) with the other Handlebar (11).
- Attach the Pulley Bracket (17) onto the 2 sides of Upright Support Tube (02), tighten by X2 Hex Head Bolt (24), X2 Flat Washer (35) and X2 Nylon nuts (37) for 2 sides. 1)
STEP 6

Attach the Cable for Lat Bar (66) to the opening bracket at the front of the Bridge Tube (8). Note: The ball stopper of the Cable (66) should be underneath the Bridge Tube (8). Attach the Cable (66) onto the Small Pulley (49) and put the Cap for Small Pulley (50) to the two side of Small Pulley (49).
Note: The Cable (66) has to come out of the Cap (50) from the opening sides. Tighten to the bracket by X1 Hex Head Bolt (27) and X1 Nylon Nut (38). -
Draw the Cable (66) towards the back side of the machine through the upper opening of Upright Support Tube (2) and around Pulley (48), then attach the Pulley (48) onto bracket A as drawing, tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt (26) and X1 Nylon Nut (38).

Draw the Cable (66) downwards and around Pulley (48). Attach the Pulley (48) with the Bracket for Pulley (20) on two sides then tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt (26) and X1 Nylon Nut (38).

Draw the Cable (66) upwards and around Pulley (48). Attach the Pulley (48) to bracket B(20) and tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt (26) and X1 Nylon Nut (38).

Draw the Cable (66) downwards between the two Guiding Tube (5) and fully thread the bolt on the end of the Cable (66) into the top opening on the Select Bar (12).

Attach the Lat Bar (13) to the front end of the Cable (66), connect by X1 Hook (61).
STEP 7
- Attach one end of the Cable for Butterfly Arm (64) to the hook on the Right Butterfly Arm (10R), tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt (22), X1 Flat Washer (33) and X1 Nylon Nut (37).
- Draw the Cable (64) around the Pulley (48) then attach the Pulley (48) to the Pulley Bracket A (17) on right side of the Upright Support Tube (2), tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt (26) and X1 Nylon Nut (38).
- Draw the Cable (64) downward and around the Pulley (48), attach the Pulley (48) to the upper part of Two Way Bracket for Pulley (21) and tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt (26) and X1 Nylon Nut (38).
- Draw the Cable (64) upward and around Pulley (48). Attach Pulley (48) to the Pulley Bracket (17) on the left side of the upright Support Tube (2), tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt (26) and X1 Nylon Nut (38).
- Attach the other end of Cable (64) to the hook on the Left Butterfly Arm (10L), tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt (22), X1 Flat Washer (33) and X1 Nylon Nut (37).
STEP 8
- Attach the end with stopper ball of Cable for Lower Pull Bar (65) to the open bracket of Leg Curl (7), around the underside of Pulley (48), tighten the Pulley(48) with the bracket by X1 Hex Head Bolt (28) through X2 Plastic Bushing (46) (each side), X2 Felt washer(24) (each side) and X1 Nylon Nut (38).
- Draw the Cable (65) through the opening space on the lower part of Upright Support Tube (2), around the Pulley (48) from under side then attach the Pulley (48) to Bracket C on the Base Frame (1), tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt (26) and X1 Nylon Nut (38).
- Draw the Cable (65) upward and around the upper side of Pulley (48). Attach the Pulley (48) to the underside of the Bracket for Pulley (16), tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt (26) and X1 Nylon Nut (38).
- Draw the Cable (65) downward and around the underside of Pulley (48). Attach the Pulley (48) to bracket D on the Base Frame (1) and tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt (26) and X1 Nylon Nut (38).
- Draw the Cable (65) upward and around the upper side of Pulley (48). Attach the Pulley (48) to the under side of Bracket for Pulley B (20) set and tighten by X1 Hex Head Bolt (26) and X1 Nylon Nut (38).
- Draw the Cable (65) downward and connect with bracket E on Base Frame (1) by Chain 7 Links (59) and X1 Hook (61). Note: Adjust the Cable (65) to be tighten enough and lock on certain position of Chain (59) by Hook (61).
- Attach the Lower Pull Bar (14) to the front end of Cable (65), connecting by Chain 6 Links (60).
USING THE PRODUCT
Physical exercise, even in moderate intensity, will help to improve your
health. Your blood pressure, your cholesterol values, blood sugar, motivation
and even your mood may be greatly improved by doing sorne sports. You may tone
your body within limits. Combining exercise with healthy nutrition may have
great impact on your body fat levels, your shape and your overall well-being.
Weight training improves your muscular fitness and your mobility and thus
helps to reduce the risk of injuries.
ATTENTION: Make sure all bolt and nylon nut are tighten enough before
using the machine.
MAINTENANCE

After the training, you should wipe the device and handles with a dry cloth. Thus, you avoid that the components are contaminated by dried sweat.

The use of your Multi-Function Home Gym leads to natural wear and tear. This requires regular care and maintenance. Under normal conditions and use your Multi-Function Home Gym is maintenance free.
Nevertheless, the user is responsible for ensuring that all parts are regularly checked for tightness and performance relevant wear. -
For cleaning do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, but remove any dirt or dust with a soft or slightly damp cloth.

Note: The performance of your Multi-Function Home Gym can be significantly reduced by the influence of environmental conditions.

Any modification to the original parts, materials, or construction of the Multi-Function Home Gym can reduce performance significantly. The same applies in the case of severe contamination or misuse.

This product is supplied with packaging to protect against damage during transport. The packaging materials are made from raw materials that are recyclable. Please dispose of these materials as required. lf you wish to dispose of this product, please dispose of it according to current regulations. For more information regarding correct disposal, please contact the municipal office.
RECYCLING AND DISPOSING
When you decide to get rid of the machine, make sure to follow the local
regulation.
Protect the environment. Get rid of the machine taking care of the
environment. Do not simply throw it away in the trash. Please separate plastic
and steel to recycle.
Package materials are recyclables. Please, throw them away on the appropriate
trash can.
GUARANTEE
This product has a 2 years guarantee. This guarantee covers damages and bad
function, only if the product has not been misused and all the instructions
have been correctly followed.
In order to claim your guarantee, you must present your receipt of purchase.
The product has to be complete and have all its parts.
The guarantee does not cover wear and tear, lack of maintenance, negligence,
incorrect assembly and inappropriate usage (blows, using the wrong power
supply, storage, using conditions, etc).
It is also excluded when non original or not-adequate assembly accessories or
parts have been used on the product.

NOTE: The washer should be placed on both ends of all bolts (against the
bolt head and against the nut) unless otherwise specified in these
instructions.
Hand tighten all bolts on initial assembly and finally tighten with the
spanner once the entire structure is erected.
Some parts may come pre-assembled from the factory.
STEP 1
-
Place the foot caps(#51) on the ends of the parts(#14,#22). Insert the plug 50*50(#49) into the part(#12).

Attach part(#3) to part(#14) using the hexagonal screw M1025(#63). Tighten the screw with a spanner.
Attach part(#14,#24) to part(#2) using (2)hex bolts M1075(#67). Tighten the bolt with a spanner here. -
Attach part (#12, #22) to part (#2) using (2) M10*75(#67) hex bolts.

Attach part (#6) to part (#2) using (2) M10*75(#67) hex bolts.
STEP 2
-
Slide the Ø62*16 weight buffer (#39) and the weight stack through the guide rods (#3) in succession.
NOTE: Carefully slide the Weight Plates (#33) one by one onto the guide rods, do not lift more than you can safely control. -
Place the weight bushing(#35) on the weight selector bar(#37) and fix it in the first hole of the weight selector bar(#37) using the weight pin(#36). Insert the Bar(#37) into the hole of the Weight Plates(#33).
Slide the upper weight plate(#32) into the weight stack. Place the weight washer(#34) into the hole in the upper weight plate(#32). Insert the “L” pin(#38) through the bar(#37) to obtain the proper weight. -
Attach part (#15,#23) to part (#6) using (2) M10*75(#67) hex bolts.
STEP 3
- Insert the 50*50(#49) plugs into part(#1).
- Attach part(#1) to part(#5) using (2) M10*75(#67) hex bolts.
- Insert each of the guide rods (#4) into the holes in part (#1), and then attach part (#1) to the guide rods (#4) using (2) M10*25 hex bolts (#66).
- Insert the plug 3838(#47) into the part (#8). Place the cap(#48) on part(#8). Attach part(#8) to part(#5) using (2)Hex bolts M1070(#68).
- Attach part(#18) to part(#8) using (1)Hex bolt M8*45(#72). Screw the plastic nut (#40) to part (#18).
- Attach part(#21) to part(#5) using (2) M10*65(#69) hex bolts.
STEP 4
- Insert the 5050(#49) plugs into part(#13). Attach part (#13) to part (#15) using (1) M1070(#68) hex screw. Insert the pin (#54) through the first hole of part (#15) and through part (#13) to lock part (#13). Next hole to release part (#13). Note: Tighten the bolt (#67) and loosen the nut enough for part (#13) to rotate freely.
STEP 5
- Attach part (#28) to part (#15) using (2) M8*65 hex bolts (#73).
- Insert the Ø25(#50) round plugs into part(#25). Insert part(#25) through part(#15,#13), and then slide the foam rollers(#52) over them.
STEP 6
- a. Attach part (#27) to part (#5) using (2) M8*65 hex bolts (#73).
STEP 7
- Insert the 5025(#46) plugs and 5050(#49) plugs into part (#7). Use a mallet to insert the shaft (#26) through part (#7) and through part (#1) until it is flush with both ends. Attach the shaft (#26) to part (#7) using (2) M8*20 hex screws (#71). You can rotate the part(#18), and then screw the plastic nut(#40) to lock the part(#7).
- Put the “L” stops(#45) on the part(#7).
- Insert the 38*38 plug (#47) into part (#10). Place the cap with hole (#42) into part (#10).
- Attach part (#10) to part (#7) using (1) Nylon lock nut M16(#59) and (1) Washer Ø16(#62). When tightening the nut, make sure that part(#10) can rotate. Place the nut cap(#23) on the nut.
- Slide the Ø80*245(#53) foam onto the part(#10). Hint: water or soap makes it easier.
- Place the Comfort Grip(#41) on the part(#9,#10).
- Attach part(#9) to part(#10) using (1)hex screw M10*25(#66).
- Assemble the other Pec arm (#11) using the same method.
STEP 8
Once the machine is assembled, check if the cable is tensioned (At the correct
tension, there should be a 3-5mm gap between the top plate and the weight
stack).
If the cable is slightly loose, tighten it by tightening the bolt on the top
of the weight stack.
If the cable is too loose, adjust the length of the spiral chain (#55), using
the snap link (#58). USING THE PRODUCT

helps to reduce the risk of injuries.
ATTENTION: Make sure all bolt and nylon nut are tighten enough before
using the machine.
MAINTENANCE

After the training, you should wipe the device and handles with a dry cloth. Thus, you avoid that the components are contaminated by dried sweat.

The use of your Multi-Function Home Gym leads to natural wear and tear. This requires regular care and maintenance. Under normal conditions and use your Multi-Function Home Gym is maintenance free.
Nevertheless, the user is responsible for ensuring that all parts are regularly checked for tightness and performance relevant wear. -
For cleaning do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, but remove any dirt or dust with a soft or slightly damp cloth.

Note: The performance of your Multi-Function Home Gym can be significantly reduced by the influence of environmental conditions.

Any modification to the original parts, materials, or construction of the Multi-Function Home Gym can reduce performance significantly. The same applies in the case of severe contamination or misuse.

This product is supplied with packaging to protect against damage during transport. The packaging materials are made from raw materials that are recyclable. Please dispose of these materials as required. lf you wish to dispose of this product, please dispose of it according to current regulations. For more information regarding correct disposal, please contact the municipal office.
RECYCLING AND DISPOSING
When you decide to get rid of the machine, make sure to follow the local
regulation.
Protect the environment. Get rid of the machine taking care of the
environment. Do not simply throw it away in the trash. Please separate plastic
and steel to recycle.
Package materials are recyclables. Please, throw them away on the appropriate
trash can.
GUARANTEE
This product has a 2 years guarantee. This guarantee covers damages and bad
function, only if the product has not been misused and all the instructions
have been correctly followed.
In order to claim your guarantee, you must present your receipt of purchase.
The product has to be complete and have all its parts.
The guarantee does not cover wear and tear, lack of maintenance, negligence,
incorrect assembly and inappropriate usage (blows, using the wrong power
supply, storage, using conditions, etc).
It is also excluded when non original or not-adequate assembly accessories or
parts have been used on the product.

GYM-100 weight training machine, from serial number 2021 onwards, complies
