DPI : LOW / HIGH / FINE for 300 / 600 / 1050 DPI.
JPG / PDF: Format for your scan.
SCAN: Long-press for power on / off. Short-press for begin/finish scanning.

Scanning

Firstly, please make sure your device is fully charged.
Insert SD card.
Long-press the “SCAN” button to turn it on.
Select DPI (low, medium, high) and document format (JPG or PDF).
Put your target (document/photo/receipt/book) on a flat desk.
Short-press the “SCAN” button to begin scanning.
Slide the scanner over the target smoothly and slowly, making sure the LCD screen is not displaying “!”. “I” means you scan too fast.
When finishing, short-press the “SCAN” button to end.
Connect the scanner and your computer with a USB cable / wireless Wi-Fi.
Now you can find the scanned photos or PDF files on your computer.

Notes:

The scanning range is 8.27 inches.
You can scan vertically or horizontally, but vertical scanning is recommended if you want to maintain stability.
Scanning speed is very important. Don’t be too fast, and don’t be too slow. If the scan is too fast, an exclamation mark will appear on the LCD screen. Conversely, if the scan is too slow, the device will stop scanning.

Setting

Wi-Fi Connection

Press the “Menu” key enter setup mode.
Select the Wi-Fi link by the “Down” key.
Press the playback key to startup the Wi-Fi.
When the Wi-Fi is started up, the LCD screen will display Wi-Fi.
Click the scanner xxx icon from the network list on your device.
After it connects successfully, opens your web browser and enter the address 192.168.10.1 in the Web address field and hit return to reach the Wi-Fi’s home page.
The Wi-Fi’s home page will ask you for a username and password ( Default username: admin ) ( Default password: admin ) Then you can view and download the pictures scanned in Scanner.

White Balance Calibration
If the scanned image appears blurry, lines, and other problems, you can perform white balance calibration operations to reorganize the data. The operation is as follows.

Clean the LCD screen with a cleaning cloth.
Put the scanner on white paper.
Long-press the “SCAN” button to turn on the scanner.
While holding down the “UP” button, short-press the “SCAN” button to enter the automatic calibration mode.(“start cal” will be displayed on LCD) Note : You cannot move the scanner when it is in the clearing process.
When the LCD screen displays “Scroll scanner”, it means the clearing process is completed.
Slide the scanner smoothly on the white paper until the LCD display power off.

Time Setting

With the time setting function, you can easily know the scan date of the document.

OCR You can use OCR software to convert non-editable documents such as PDFs and images into editable formats, such as word or excel.

FAQ
Ql: The scanner cannot be moved steadily during scanning, and the image quality is poor.
Al: You can choose to scan vertically instead of horizontally.
Q2: The scanned document has white lines.
A2: You need to clean the scanner with a cleaning cloth and perform white balance calibration, please refer to step 3.2.
Q3: The scanner cannot scan books.
A3: The scanner can scan books. Please flatten the books as much as possible during the scanning process.
Q4: The scanner power off.
A4: Charge the Scanner with a USB cable.
Q5: After connecting with the PC, the PC can’t identify the scanner.
A5: Make sure all of the cable links is correct. Or power on PC.
Q6: The Eexcalmatory mark turns red during scanning.
A6: It means the scan speed is too quickly, please scan slowly.
