OVERVIEW

ANC ON/OFF
Turns the Active Noise Cancellation feature on or off. -
VOLUME INCREASE / NEXT SONG
• To increase the volume, tap the volume up key. There will be a beep tone when the maximum volume is reached.
• To select the next song during playback, press and hold the volume up key. -
MULTIFUNCTION BUTTON
• BLUETOOTH ON/OFF: When Bluetooth is off, press and hold the button until you hear an ascending tone. When Bluetooth is on, firstly ensure no audio is being emitted through the headphones, then press and hold the button until you hear a descending tone.
• ANSWER/END CALL: When a phone call comes in, short press the button to answer it, or long-press for 2 seconds to reject the call. To end a call, short press the button again.
• PLAY/PAUSE: To play a song, select the track in your paired music player and press the Play/Pause key on the headset. To pause or resume playing a song, press the Play/Pause key again. -
VOLUME DECREASE / PREVIOUS SONG
• To decrease the volume, tap the volume down key.
• To select the previous song, press and hold the volume down key. -
3.5mm JACK INPUT
Connect the supplied 3.5mm Jack cable to use the headphones in a wired configuration with suitable audio devices. -
MIC
Microphone for voice calls and Active Noise Cancelation. -
LED
• RED = Charging
• BLUE = Bluetooth is Connected
• GREEN = Active Noise Cancellation is ON
• ALTERNATING BLUE/RED = Bluetooth in pairing mode
• LED BLUE/GREEN = Bluetooth connected & Active Noise Cancellation is on -
USB C CONNECTION
Connect the supplied USB C power cable here. Please ensure a suitable power source is used, such as a computer/laptop or USB mains adapter.
ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION
Turn on noise cancellation mode:
Slide the ANC switch to the alternate position. The LED will light green, or
blue-green If Bluetooth is currently connected. The ANC function is available
in both wired and wireless modes.
Turn off noise cancellation mode:
Slide the ANC switch to the alternate position. The LED will turn off or
revert to blue if Bluetooth is still connected.
Note: The ANC function must be switched off manually. Remember to switch off ANC when the headphones are not in use to avoid draining the battery.
BLUETOOTH
Bluetooth On:
To turn on Bluetooth, press and hold the multifunction button (3) for 4
seconds. When the headset enters Bluetooth pairing mode the LED will flash
alternately red & blue.
Bluetooth Off:
To switch off, press and hold the multifunction button for 4 seconds.
PAIRING:
- Ensure that your Bluetooth device and headphones are both switched on.
- Turn on the headphones Bluetooth function (see above). The headphones are now in pairing mode, and the LED will flash alternately red & blue.
- Activate the Bluetooth feature on your Bluetooth device and search for Bluetooth devices.
- Select SZ-NH500BT from the list of found devices on your Bluetooth device.
- When successfully paired, the LED stops flashing & lights blue-green if ANC is also switched on, or blue if ANC is switched off.
Note: When the headset enters Bluetooth mode, it will automatically search for, and pair to, previously paired devices. If this occurs, the LED will illuminate blue solidly. To un- pair, follow the instructions on your Bluetooth device.
