WARNING!

Do not open the cover. No user-serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified service personnel
Do not place the product in a location near a heat source such as a radiator, or in an area subject to direct sunlight, excessive dust, mechanical vibration, or shock
The product must not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the product
No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the product
Allow adequate air circulation and avoid obstructing vents (if present) to prevent internal heat build-up. The ventilation must not be impeded by covering the appliance with items such as newspapers, tablecloths, curtains, etc.
The mains plug is used to disconnect the appliance from the mains supply. Ensure that the main outlet is easily-accessible and remove the plug from the main outlet if you notice any abnormality with the appliance.

FUNCTIONS

BACK PANEL

  1. DIGITAL MEDIA PLAYER
    Enables you to play music through the speaker using a variety of platforms. For more information please see page 6.

  2. LEVEL
    Use this knob to increase/decrease the gain of each input.

  3. XLR INPUT
    Use this input to connect a dynamic or ribbon microphone to the PA speaker.

  4. ¼” JACK INPUT
    Use this input to connect line-level sources such as direct guitars, basses, keyboards, and synthesizers.

  5. EXTENSION
    Connect an additional speaker here.

  6. LEVEL
    Use this knob to adjust the volume of the line-in input.

  7. MASTER
    Use this knob to adjust the global volume of the speaker, including the output of the media player.

  8. LINE / MP3
    Press this button to switch between line and MP3 playback.

  9. EQ
    Use the 2-band EQ to fine-tune the bass and treble response of the speaker.

  10. LINE IN / LINE OUT
    Use these inputs to connect external audio devices and send line output audio to an additional speaker or mixer.

  11. AC INPUT
    Connect your power source to the mains here.

  12. POWER
    Use this button to turn the speaker on/off.

DIGITAL MEDIA PLAYER

  1. DISPLAY
    This screen displays all relevant information.

  2. SD / MMC
    Insert an SD card here to playback MP3 audio files.

  3. USB
    Insert a USB card here to playback MP3 audio files.

  4. MODE
    Press this button to alternate between media sources.

  5. PLAY / PAUSE
    Press this button to play or pause the current track.

  6. STOP
    Press this button to stop playback.

  7. REPEAT
    Press this button to cycle through all repeat mode options. These consist of random, single, and all.

  8. SKIP
    Press this button to select the next track. To connect a Bluetooth device to the digital media player, please use the following steps.

  • Ensure that the mixer is powered on and within
  • range of the Bluetooth device.
  • Press the MODE button on the speaker’s digital media player until ‘Bluetooth’ is displayed on the screen.
  • Open the Bluetooth settings on the Bluetooth-enabled device.
  • Scan for Bluetooth devices and search for ‘PMIX4- MP’/ ‘PMIX6-MP’or ‘PMIX8-MP’in the devices’ list.
  • Select the mixer and the Bluetooth-enabled device should confirm that it is now connected.
