Service Standard Notes
For the determination of the warranty period, be sure to keep the purchase receipt or purchase statement based on the purchase date. If the product purchase date cannot be confirmed, the service period will be set based on the product production date.
Free service standard
In the case of a problem due to defective product quality during the warranty period after product supply, A/S is supported.
- Within 15 days of purchasing the product: We will pay the full cost of the round-trip courier.
- Within 1 year of product purchase: 50%: 50% paid by the customer and our company.
- More than 1 year after purchasing the product: the full cost of the round trip delivery fee will be charged to customers.
Paid service standard
- In case of consumer negligence (random disassembly, careless handling, modification, fall, etc.) or accident (fire, flood, natural disaster, etc.).
- When the free warranty period has expired.
- If you disassemble or modify the product arbitrarily, you may be damaged by electric shock, and you cannot receive the benefits of free service.
