SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE READ BEFORE OPERATING THIS EQUIPMENT.
Before using the unit, be sure to read all operating instructions carefully. Please note that these are general precautions and may not pertain to your unit.

  1. Read this Instruction Manual before you attempt to connect or operate the appliance.
  2. Keep these instructions in good condition. Heed all warnings. Follow all instructions.
  3. Save this Instruction Manual for future reference.
  4. The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the product. Dry location use only.
  5. No naked flame source, such as candles, should be placed on the product.
  6. Ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings.
  7. Only use accessories, which are specified by the manufacturer.
  8. Use replacement parts, which are specified by the manufacturer.
  9. Install the unit in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
  10. Place the unit where there is good ventilation. Place the system on a flat, hard and stable surface. Do not expose to temperatures above 40°C. Allow at least 10 cm clearance from the rear and the top of the unit and 5 cm from each side.
  11. Press the player’s buttons gently. Pressing them too hard can damage the player.
  12. Dispose of used batteries in an environmental-responsible manner.
  13. Always ensure that the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet before moving or cleaning. Clean it with dry cloth only.
  14. Turn off the product during lightning, storms or when it will not be used for long periods of time.
  15. This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to repair this product yourself. Only qualified service personnel should perform servicing. Take the product to the electronics repair shop of  your choice for inspection and repair.
  16. NEVER let anyone, especially children, push anything into holes, slots or any other openings in the unit’s casing as this could result in a fatal electric shock.
  17. Don’t mount this product on a wall or ceiling.
  18. Do not place the unit near TVs, speakers and other objects that generate strong magnetic fields.
  19. Do not leave the unit unattended when it is in use.
  20. Keep minimum distances around the apparatus for sufficient ventilation.
  21. The ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with items, such as newspapers, table-cloths, curtains, etc.
  22. The use of apparatus in tropical and/or moderate climates.
  23. Batteries should be disposed properly. Take them to the collection container in order to protect the environment.

WARNING: All packaging materials, such as tape, plastic sheets, wire ties and tags are not part of this product and should be discarded.

POWER SUPPLY

The CD player operates with the micro USB charging cable (included) or with a USB type adaptor (not included) 5V, 1A. Input: 100 ~ 240V, 50/60 Hz.
Power supply

  1. Check that the unit is switched off.
  2. Insert the small end of the micro USB cable (included) into the micro USB charging port (15) on the back of the unit.
  3. Connect the other end of the micro USB cable into the USB port of your powered computer or USB type power adaptor and connect it to a wall socket. The LED near the micro USB charging port lights up in red when the device is charging.
  4. Once charging is completed, the LED light will turn off.

Note: Please note that the micro USB cable can be used for battery charging only and not for data transfer.

WARNING

  • Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Please only replace it with the same or equivalent battery.
  • The battery should not be exposed to high temperatures, such as sunlight, fire or anything similar.
  • Significant electromagnetic interference or electrostatic discharges may cause the device to malfunction or lose data. If the device is not functioning correctly, switch it off and then on again, or unplug the USB cable.

FUNCTIONS & MODES

  • MODES
    Your digital player includes 4 modes: Wireless, USB, TF and Aux-in.
    Press on the button 3 to select the desired mode. The corresponding name will appear on the screen

  • For the USB and TF card modes , power on the unit and insert a USB Flash Drive or a TF card (not included) into the port. The player will automatically start playing music.

  • In Aux-in mode,
    the PLAY/PAUSE, PREVIOUS and NEXT buttons on the speaker are disabled. Please use the control buttons on your music player to get the best control experience of the music

  • Wireless mode

1. Turn the unit on, a signal will sound to notify the device is ready to be paired.
2. Activate the Bluetooth® function on your personal device and make sure it is in discoverable mode.
3. Confirm pairing or select the name “MP320” to connect your player to the unit.

Note: Some music players do not fully support wireless audio controls. Play/ pause, previous and next buttons on the audio player may not respond. The music player may also turn off. To get the best control experience in the said player, use the on-screen track controls of your music player rather than those on the speaker.

NAVIGATE BETWEEN AUDIO TRACKS

  • In wireless, USB and TF modes, press for playback or pause the music.
  • In wireless, USB and TF modes, press or to go to the previous or next track.
  • In all modes, press or + to decrease / increase the volume

CAUTION: Too high volume can damage your hearing. For this reason, please turn the volume down.

MICROPHONE FUNCTION
Take your microphone and push the switch from off to on.
Press repeatedly the button below the ON/OFF one to activate and switch the voice changing effects.

RECORDING FUNCTION

Insert a TF card or a USB key and press the button 2 (left) to start recording your voice. Press the button 2 (right) to stop the recording.

  • Press and hold down the left button “2” for a long time to start the playback of recordings.
  • Press and hold down the right button “2” for a long time to delete the recording.
    When you are listening to your music using the Bluetooth-in mode, you can even record yourself singing along with the music on a TF card or USB key (also press the buttons 2 to start/stop the recording).
    Warning: Background music can only be recorded in BT mode, but not in SD/ USB microphone mode where only voice is recorded.

MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY

To prevent fire or shock hazard, disconnect your unit from the power source when cleaning.
Use a soft, clean cloth moistened with plain, lukewarm water to clean the exterior of the unit.
