SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

•  Read the instructions carefully before use and save them for future reference.
•  This product can be used by children from 8 years and upwards and by persons with physical, sensorial or mental disabilities, or persons who lack experience or knowledge, if they are supervised or receive instructions concerning the safe use of the product and understand the risks involved with its use.
• Do not allow children to play with the product. Do not allow children to clean or maintain the product without supervision.
•  Only connect the product to 230 V AC.
•  Do not cover the product with washing or other articles.
•  Do not block the hot air outlet.
• Do not let the power cord come into contact with the product when it is running.
•  Warning: Do not use the product in the bathroom, kitchen or other places where there is water.
•  Never immerse the product in water or any other liquid. Pull out the plug immediately if the product comes into contact with water.
•  Switch off the product and pull out the plug after use and before cleaning.
•  Children often do not understand that it can be dangerous to use electrical appliances. Never allow children to use the product on their own.
•  Never touch the product when it is in use – it gets very hot.
•  Do not use the product if it, or the power cord are damaged. Take it to an authorised service centre to have it repaired.
•  The product is only intended for indoor use.
•  Do not put foreign objects in any of the ventilation openings. This can result in electric shock, fire, or damage the product.

INSTALLATION

Wall mounting Screw the wall bracket to the wall so that the hoses reach down to the floor.

NOTE: Fit the wall bracket so that the arrow points up. Hook the shoe drier onto the wall bracket.

USE

HOW TO USE
Plug in the shoe drier.A safety switch switches off the shoe drier if it overheats. Do as follows if the overheating protection has been activated:

1.  Switch off the shoe drier and pull out the plug.
2. Attend to the reason for overheating, such as a covered air inlet, dust or fluff.
3. Allow the shoe drier to cool for a few minutes.
4. Plug in and start the shoe drier again.

Overheating protection

A safety switch switches off the shoe drier if it overheats. Do as follows if the overheating protection has been activated:

1. Put the hoses in the shoes or boots to be dried.
2. Turn the timer to the time required -the drier starts and the status light goes on.
3. The status light goes on when the shoe drier is on.
4. The shoe drier switches off automatically when the timer reaches “o”. Start the timer again to continue drying the shoes.

MAINTENANCE

CLEANING

•  Check the shoe drier at regular intervals.
•  First pull out the plug. Check if dust or fluff has accumulated inside the ventilation grille.
•  If necessary, wipe the outside of the shoe drier with a damp cloth and use a vacuum cleaner to clean the air inlet.
