ASSEMBLY

The product is intended for mounting on an ATV with a tubular carrier. The size and type of carriers vary depending on manufacture and vehicle size. Choose a positioning that best suits your vehicle.

  1. Put the product on the rear carrier on the vehicle. The product should be centred on the carrier.
  2. Choose four suitable attachment points to lock the product in place on the carrier. If possible two of the U-bolts should be placed on the lengthwise tubes on the carrier and two on the transverse tubes.
  3. Mark out on the underside of the product along each tube used for the mounting. Remove the product from the carrier and put it upside down on a flat surface. Place a lock plate centred over each marked line to mark out the holes for the U-bolts. Drill holes at the markings with an 8 mm drill.
  4. Put the U-bolts under the tubes in the carrier and put the product over the carrier. Align the drilled holes to the U- bolts at each attachment point. Fit each U-bolt through the base of the product and lock in place with a lock plate and two lock nuts. Each U-bolt must be locked with one of the supplied lock plates. Do not use washers or other components. Tighten the U-bolts alternately until the product rests firmly and evenly on the carrier.

NOTE:
Do not overtighten the nuts.
