Safety Instructions
- Follow the applicable health and safety regulations as well as good workshop practice.
- Wear safety glasses or a safety mask.
- Wear safety gloves to protect your skin against repeated and prolonged exposure to the liquids being handled.
- Check the product regularly and replace damaged and/or worn parts.
- Only use original spare parts. The use of other parts can result in personal injury and/or material damage. It will also invalidate the warranty.
- Keep the product clean and in good condition for best functionality and safety.
- Use the product only for its intended purpose,
- Donot expose the product to knocks and blows, or to careless handling.
- Do not carry the product by the hose.
- Do not use the product if it is defective or damaged, or if parts are missing. Contact your dealer.

DESCRIPTION
Battery powered pump for fast and convenient transfer of petrol, diesel,
DEF/AdBlue, water and water-based liquids. Self-priming
pump with battery powered motor (3 VDC).
Convenient gun nozzle for full control over the flow of liquid and minimal
spillage when the pump is in operation. Powered by 2 alkaline LR20 batteries
(not supplied). One set of batteries is sufficient for approximately 1,000
litres.

INSTALLATION
BEFORE INSTALLATION

Using defective accessories can lead to a risk of personal injury and/or material damage.
- Read the safety instructions
- Check that the product has not sustained any damage during transport or storage.
- Check that the inlet and outlet openings are free from any packaging remnants and contaminants.
INSTALLATION

Release the battery holder (1) by turning it anti-clockwise.

Insert 2 LR20 batteries with the correct polarity as shown by the markings in the battery holder (1).

Screw the battery holder (1) back onto the pump housing (2).

IMPORTANT
- Insert the batteries with the correct polarity. Do not mix different types of batteries, or batteries with different capacities or charging levels.
- Do not allow the product to run dry.
- Do not use the product for thinner or solvents.
- Donot run the product upside-down after use.
HOW TO USE
NOTE
- Read all the safety instructions prior to use.
- Donot use the pump for acids, acetone, benzene or solvents.
- Never pump unfiltered liquids.
- Keep the hose away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
- Check the hose for wear and damage, and check that all connections are correctly installed and tightened.
- Immerse the suction tube’s (2) inlet below the surface of the liquid in the tank from which pumping ts to take place.
- Insert the spout (5) into the filler opening of the tank that is to be filled.
- Turn the switch (1) to ON to start the motor (3).
- Press the gun nozzle’s trigger (4) to start filling. Release the trigger (5) before the tank is full and then turn the switch (1) to OFF.

LOW LIQUID FLOW
A low liquid flow may be due to the batteries being discharged, in which case you should change the batteries, or to the liquid level in the storage tank being too low. Top up if necessary.
MAINTENANCE
- Remove the batteries when the product is not in use.
- Wipe the spout clean of contaminants and debris every week.
