Top view
  1. The blue light is off, indicating that Bluetooth is not connected.
    The blue light is on, indicating that the Bluetooth is connected.

  2. The red light is off, indicating that the printer is ready.
    The red light is on, indicating that the printer is opened. The red light flashes, indicating that the printer paper bin is out of paper.
    Receipt mode:

  3. No function.

  4. Click once, the printer will feed paper 10mm.
    Long press the no-function key, the printer will continue to feed paper, and it will stop when you let go.
    Press the paper feed button in the shutdown state, and then turn the power switch button to I to switch the printing mode.
    Press the pause button and the paper feed button at the same time, the printer will print the self-check page.

Label mode:
3. Click during printing, the printer will pause printing.
Click when printing is paused, the printer will continue printing.
Press when printing is paused, the printer will clear the remaining printing tasks.
4. Click once, the printer will feed a piece of paper.
Long press for 2 seconds, the printer will automatically print.
Press the paper feed button in the shutdown state, and then turn the power switch button to l to switch the printing mode.
Press the pause button and the paper feed button at the same time, the printer will print the self-check page.
5. The blue light is on, indicating that the printer is turned on.
The blue light flashes, indicating that the printer is in paused printing state.
The red and blue light flash alternately, indicating that the temperature of the printer’s print head is too high.

6. Can be connected to a computer for printing.
7. Can be connected to the network cable for printing.
8. Can be connected to the cash drawer.
9. Connect the round hole power cord.
10. 1 means turning on the printer. 0 means turn off the printer.

11. Press down with your thumb, the top cover will pop open.

12. Pass through the center of the paper roll.
13. Fix the position of the label paper so that the label paper is always on the left.
14. Fix the position of the label paper so that the label paper is always on the left.

PREPARATION BEFORE PRINTING

  1. Press the printer cover button with your thumb to open the cover.

  2. Put the assembled paper jam and label paper into the printer paper bin.

  3. Pass the label paper under the left limit block, move the right limit block to the left, and hold the label paper appropriately.

  4. Pull the label paper out of the paper outlet 20 mm, close the top cover.

  5. Turn the printer power switch to me.

Mobile phone Printing Instruction

  1. Download and install.the ” cable trade “ APP.

Printing Design&Print APP is easy to download and use.

  2. Enter the mobile phone system settings and set Bluetooth to on.

  3. Enter the label trade editing software and click the “connect printer” button.

  4. Click the Bluetooth name at the beginning of ct220d to connect.

  5. Click the new tab.

  6. Enter label name, width, height Click New after.

  7. Add the print content, and then click [icon] in the upper right corner.

  8. After entering the number of copies to be printed, click Print.

Computer PrintingInstruction

  1. Computer login:https://ga.ctaiot.com

  2. Follow the prompts to complete the installation

  3. Open the downloaded clabel tradeEditing software

  4. Click new, enter the label width, and label height, and then click OK

  5. Add the printed content to the editing area and click Print

  6. Select the driver, enter the print quantity, and click Print to finish printing

Common Problem

Q: Why is the printed paper blank?
A: Please check if the paper is facing down and fixed with a paper jam
Q: What should you do if the printing content is not clear?
A: Both the computer and the mobile phone can adjust the printing speed to the lowest and the density to 8 in the setting interface, and the printing effect will be significantly improved.
Q: Why is the content at the end of the printout missing?
A: The maximum printing length of the printer is 100mm. If the edited content exceeds 100mm, the remaining content will be discarded .
