Function Description
Description Of Indicator Lights
- Light display priority : charge status light > abnormal status light> Bluetooth status light.
- If you need to check the printer exceptions and Bluetooth status while charging, please end the charge or go to the mobile software to check.
Paper Roll Loading
The paper compartment cover can be opened by squeezing the pressure points on both sides with your fingers and pulling upwards. (fig.1)
Install the label sheet as shown in the diagram below (fig.2)
- Push the jammer lock switch to “OPEN”
- Place the label paper in the paper compartment and press it firmly to the left
- Push the jammer to the left until the label is tight
- Push the jammer lock switch to “CLOSE” to lock it
Pull out some of the label papers and close the paper compartment cover, making sure that both sides of the cover are closed. (fig.3)
TIPS
The printer supports printing gap paper and black standard paper, the factory default mode is gap mode.If you want to print black standard paper, please change “black mark” in the paper settings on the app.

Download the driver from the above URL and read the instructions on driver installation/software installation on the website.
