Product Information

The DZ18-124 Biking Clown is a decorative item that requires assembly. It is not a toy and should be used for decoration purposes only. This product is intended for individuals ages 14 and up. It comes with various parts including a base, support poles,
clothes, torso frame, left arm, right arm, and head.

The product operates on a UL power adapter with the following specifications:

• Input: 100-240V-50/60Hz
• Output: 5.9V 2A

In addition to the power adapter, the product can also be powered by 4 AA batteries (not included).

Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Setting up the Base and Support Poles
Attach the support pole (B) to the base (A) by aligning the quick-connected push button into the pre-drilled holes.

Step 2: Adding the Clothes and Torso Frame

1. Lower the clothes (C) over the torso frame (D).
2. Attach the clothes and torso frame to the base.
3. Set the shoes on the pedal and keep the knees bent forward.

Step 3: Attaching the Arms and Head

1. Slide the left arm (E) and right arm (F) up through the sleeve.
2. Slide the forked hook of each arm into the corresponding hole on the torso frame (D).
3. Set the head (G) onto the torso frame into the hole.

Step 4: Connect the Wire

1. Carefully connect the connector jack wire from the function box to the head and support pole.
2. Connect the UL adapter to the function box. Alternatively, you can use 4 AA batteries to power the function box (batteries not included).

Operation Instructions

The Biking Clown has 3 operation settings controlled by the function control box on the torso frame:

• OFF: No function
• Try me: The item is activated when you push the “try me” button.
• Sensor: The item is activated by light and sound sensors. It
  operates for one audio cycle with sensor activation.

The function control box includes a Volume Control knob to adjust the volume level. Test the item before finalizing your display to set the desired volume.

CARE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

For best performance operate your item indoors or in a sheltered outdoor area. We also recommend that you bring your item indoors during adverse weather (extreme cold, strong winds and/or rain). When not in use, store this product in it’s original packaging. Keep away from heat and moisture.

STEP 1:SETTING UP THE BASE AND SUPPORT POLES

Attach support pole(B) to the base (A) as shown and secure by aligning the quick-connected push button into the pre-drilled holes.

STEP 2:ADDING THE CLOTHES AND TORSO FRAME

Lower the clothes (C) over the torso frame(D),And then it’s attached to the base.
Set the shoes on the pedal,keep the knees bent forward.

STEP 3:ATTACHING THE ARMS AND HEAD

Side the arms (E)&(F) up through the sleeve and slide the forked- hooked into hole on the torso frame.
Set the head (G) onto the torso frame into the hole,

STEP 4:CONNECT THE WIRE

Carfully connect conector jack wired from the funtion box to head and support pole,Connect the UL adapter at the funtion box.
The funtion box also use 4PCS AA batteries drive,not included.

OPERATION INSTRUCTION

The Biking Clown has 3 operation settings which can be the main function control box on the torso frame.

OFF: No function
Try me: This setting allows the item to only be activated when you push the try me is activated
Sensor :This setting included light and sound sensor,this setting allows the item to only be activated when the sensor is activated.the item will operate for one audio cycle with sensor activation.
