Driver Installation
Step 1: Computer Login
- Login to your computer at https://ga.ctaiot.com/
Step 2: Select the Product Model
- Select the product model
Step 3: Click on Print Driver
- Click on Print Driver
Step 4: Connect the Printer to the Computer
- Before installation, turn on the printer and connect it to the computer with a data cable
Step 5: Install Driver Package
- Double-click the driver installation package
- Click Continue
Step 6: Install Software
- Enter your computer password
- Click to Install Software
Step 7: Add Printer
- Click on the computer settings icon and go to Settings
- Click on Printers and Scanners
- Click Add printer scanner or fax machine
Step 8: Select the Printer Model and Add
- Select the printer that appears in the list and check the printer model, you need to install
- Click Add
- PS: If the printer does not appear on the list, please check if the printer is on and connected to the computer successfully, or add the printer manually (refer to page 9)
Step 9: Additional Printer Settings
- After the driver was installed successfully, right-mouse clicks to set more settings for the printer driver.
Editing Software Installation and Printing
Step 1: Install OpenLabel+ Editing Software
- Install OpenLabel+ editing software from the App Store
Step 2: Create a New Label
- Open the editing software and click on New Label in the upper left corner
- Enter the label width and height
- Click Create
Step 3: Select Contents and Print

Select the contents you want to print from the left and add
them to the artboard -
Click on Print
Step 4: Advanced Settings and Print
- Expand Advanced Settings
- Check the box to invoke system printing
- Click on Print
Step 5: Select Printer Driver and Print
- You can choose which printer driver to use for printing
- Install other printer drivers if required
- Enter the number of copies to be printed
- Click on Print after confirming that there are no errors
FAQ
How should I set up the paper type?
Paper Type Function: make the printer identify the labels correctly and ensure the content prints in the correct position.
- Gap paper : translucent gap positioning marks between labels
- Black label paper : black stripes between labels
- Continuous paper: without any positioning marks
Note: Please check your paper type and select correctly, The wrong selection will lead to inaccurate positioning and the content will not be printed in the correct position.
How should I set up the print density and speed?
- Print Density Function: When the print effect is too deep or too shallow, you can adjust the depth of the print content. 1~15 levels can be adjusted, the higher the value, the thicker the print.
- Print Speed Function: Allows you to adjust the printer to print faster or slower. Provide multiple gear adjustments.
PS:
- Reduce the printing speed to make the printing effect clearer
- Do not set the speed beyond the limit of the printer, otherwise, the setting is invalid

Portrait offset
- Function: You can adjust this parameter to move the content down a few millimeters when the printed content is slightly offset from its vertical position. 10mm adjustable range
Content Rotation
- Function: Make the print content rotate according to the setting direction
- Provides 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° adjustment
Memory printing
- Function: You can choose to turn on or off this function
- Introduction: When you turn on memory printing, after printing a label, the printer will store the memory of the label, you can click the paper away key, the printer will automatically reprint a memory of the label, when you turn off memory printing, then the single paper away key, the printer will go a blank label
