LABEL INSTALLATION GUIDE

  1. Pinch the force points on both sides with your fingers and pull them up to open the paper bin cover.Clabel CT221B Label Printer - paper bin cover

  2. Install the label paper as shown in the following figure.Clabel CT221B Label Printer - following figure① Push the paper card lock switch to OPEN state
    ② Put the label paper into the paper bin, close to the left
    ③ Push the paper holder to the left until the label is tightly attached
    ④ Push the locking switch of the paper card to CLOSE and lock it

  3. Pull out part of the label paper and close the bin cover.
    Make sure both sides of the bin cover are closed.

  1. Light display priority, charging status light > abnormal status light > Bluetooth status light.
  2. If you need to observe the abnormal and Bluetooth status of the printer under charging status, please end the charging or go to the cell phone software to check.

PRECAUTIONS

Usage Precautions

  1. Do not disassemble the printer without permission. Please read this manual carefully before use.

  2. Please do not open the paper bin cover when the printer is working, otherwise there may be unpredictable situations or even damage the printer.

  3. After printing, the printhead is still in a high temperature state, so do not touch it to avoid burns.

  4. After printing on thermal printing paper, the time to keep the handwriting is related to the quality of the thermal printing paper.
    If you want to print documents that need to be kept for a long time, please use long-lasting thermal printing paper. In order to ensure the print quality and product life, it is recommended to use high quality printing paper.

  5. Avoid water or conductive substances (e.g., metal) from entering the interior of the printer, and turn off the power as soon as this occurs.

  6. The printer must ensure that the power is turned off during routine maintenance.

  7. Do not use tools such as tweezers to scratch the print head, print rollers, and sensor surfaces.

Printer cleaning
The printhead should be cleaned promptly if:

  1. The Print is not clear;
  2. The Vertical column of print is not clear;
  3. A Grinding noise is heard while feeding the paper;

Cleaning Steps:

  1. Switch the printer power off,open the cover and remove any paper;
  2. Allow the printhead to cool if you had just finished printing;
  3. Using a soft cotton cloth dipped in absolute ethyl alcohol,gently wipe the dust and particles off the thermal printhead surface;
  4. Only use the printer for printing until the cleaning alcohol evaporates completely and the cover is closed;

Note

  1. Make sure to turn off the printer before any maintenance.

  2. Do not touch the printhead surface with the fingers or metallic objects.
    Do not abrade the printhead, rubber roller, and sensor surface with tweezers or other tools. Abrasion could damage the printhead.

  3. Do not use gasoline, acetone, or any other organic solvents for cleaning.

  4. Only use the printer for printing until the cleaning alcohol evaporates completely
