SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please carefully note the following:
- When assembling, ensure that the plastic feet covers are correctly attached to the legs and hand-tighten all bolt and screw assemblies.
- Never use cross-bars as ladders and don’t stand on work-tops.
- Never exceed the rated maximum weight capacity of work-tops (100kg/220lbs). Instead, always lower heavy loads onto work-tops gently, so that the strain is taken up gradually.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Tools required
- Screwdriver (Phillips head no.2)
- Hammer
- Spanner
Step 1: Use bolts (#9), washers (#13) and nuts (#10) to connect the
crossbars (#4) and leg frames (#5).
Step 2: Use wood screws (#8) to connect the slide bases (#2) and work-
tops (#1).
Step 3: Fit leg frames (#5) into slide bases (#2), line up the holes in
the slide base with the holes in the leg frame, insert bolts (#3) and washers
(7#) from outside of the base and attach washers (#7) and nuts (#11) from
inside and use a screwdriver and spanner to tighten the screws.
Step 4: Attach the plastic feet covers (#6) to the legs (#5). Each foot
cover must be attached with the longest side at the outer corner which is
indicated by the arrow inside.
Step 5: Select suitable holes on the work-tops to fix chocks (#12).
Important remarks
- Do not use any part of the bench as a ladder.
- Load capacity: Max 100kgs.
