CLABEL 221B Barcode Label Printer

Product Information

This product is a Clabel label printer that requires driver installation for Windows systems. It can be connected to a computer using a USB cable.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Connect the printer to the computer using a USB cable.
2. Open Device Manager by right-clicking on the Windows Start menu and selecting “Device Manager”.
3. Expand the “Universal Serial Bus Controller” section.
4. Find the printer in the list and right-click on it.
5. Select “Properties”.
6. Note down the “Device instance path” string of characters.
7. Download the driver from the official website: https://ga.ctaiot.com/pc/.
8. Open the downloaded driver.
9. Choose the language for installation.
10. Select the recommended installation location.
11. Click “Next” and then “Install”.
12. Name your printer during the setup.
13. Select the port number that was previously noted down.
14. Click “Setup” to complete the installation.
15. To test whether the driver is successfully installed, follow these steps:
16. Right-click on the Windows Start menu and select “Settings”.
17. Click on “Bluetooth and other devices”.
18. Click on “Printer and Scanner”.
19. Select the driver for the label printer that was just installed.
20. Click on “Printer properties”.
21. Click on “Print test page”.
22. If the printer successfully prints the test page, it means that the driver installation was successful.

1. Use a USB cable to connect the printer to the computer
2. Right mouse click
3. Open Device Manager
4. Expand Universal Serial Bus Controller
5. Find the printer and right-click
6. Select property
7. Click Universal Serial Bus Controller
8. Device instance path
9. Remember this string of characters

Install the driver

1. Download the driver from the official website: https://ga.ctaiot.com/pc/.
2. Open the driver
3. Choose the language that’s right for you
4. Select the installation location, it is recommended not to change
5. Next
6. Install
7. Name your printer
8. Select the port number we have been informed of earlier
9. Setup
10. Installation completed

Test whether the driver is successfully installed

1. Right mouse click
2. Settings
3. Click on Bluetooth and other devices
4. Click Printer and Scanner
5. Click on the driver you just installed
6. Printer properties
7. Click to print the test page

If you see that the printer is successfully running, the driver is successfully installed
