KEY DESCRIPTION

  1. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the printer on.
  2. When the power is on, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the printer off.
  3. In standby mode, click the power button to enter the setup menu.
  4. When entering the setup menu, press the power button to return to the previous level page.
  5. Label sheet: Click OK to walk away from a label sheet to position and adjust it to the start of the next label.
  6. ontinuous paper: click OK to go 10mm, long press to keep going, release the button to stop going.
  7. When you enter the Setup menu, click OK to confirm your selection.
  8. When entering the Setup menu click the Up button to go up and select a setting item.
  9. Increase the number of prints upwards when entering the offline

When entering the Setup menu click the Down button to go down and select the Setup item.

Press and hold the Power button and OK button at the same time to print the self-test page.

PAPER ROLL LOADING

  1. Press the top cover open button downward to open the top cover.
  2. Install the paper roll as shown in the figure below. clabel CT320B Label Printer 5
  3. Push the retainer to the left until it snaps the paper roll properly and then  push the locking switch back to lock it.clabel CT320B Label Printer 6
  4. Pull out part of the paper roll and close the top cover, making sure that both sides of the top cover are closed.

Icon area description

  1.  Bluetooth Indication
    • When Bluetooth is not paired, the icon blinks, after Bluetooth is paired the icon is always on.
  2. External Power Supply Indication
    • Always on when the USB port is connected to the power supply, and the icon disappears when the power is disconnected.
  3.  Battery Level Indication
    • The battery icon indicates a full charge at 4 cells.
    • Displays charging animation while the battery is charging, incrementing frame by frame.
    • When the battery icon is flashing, it means the power is low, please charge it.

Usage precautions

  1.  Install the printer on a stable surface. Do not place the printer in areas exposed to vibration or impact.
  2. Do not use or store the printer in areas exposed to high temperatures, high humidity, or excessive dust.
  3. Connect the power adapter to an appropriate grounding outlet. Avoid using the same outlet with large motors or other devices that may cause power supply voltage fluctuations.
  4. No water or conductive substance (i.e., metal) is allowed into the printer. In case of such a condition, turn off the power immediately.
  5.  Do not allow the printer to start printing when there is no recording paper installed, otherwise the printhead and rubber roller will be damaged.
  6.  Disconnect the DC adapter when the printer is not used for a long time.
  7.  Users shall not disassemble the printer for maintenance or modification.
  8.  Use only the power adapter that comes with the printer.
  9. To ensure print quality and normal lifetime, use recommended or good quality  paper.
  10.  Shut down the printer when connecting or disconnecting interface connectors.
  11. As the power disconnecting device, the power plug of the adapter should be  installed near the equipment and easy to access.
  12. This product is intended to be used at altitudes not exceeding 5,000 m in tropical

Printer cleaning

The printhead should be cleaned promptly if:

  1. The print is not clear;
  2.  The vertical column of print is not clear;
  3. A Grinding noise is heard while feeding the paper;

Cleaning Steps:

  1. Switch the printer power off, open the cover and remove any paper;
  2. Allow the printhead to cool if it had just finished printing;
  3. Using a soft cotton cloth dipped in absolute ethyl alcohol, gently wipe the dust and particles off the thermal printhead surface;
  4. Only use the printer for printing until the cleaning alcohol evaporates completely and the cover is closed;

Note

  1.  Make sure to turn off the printer before any maintenance.
  2. Do not touch the printhead surface with the fingers or metallic objects. Do not abrade the printhead, rubber roller, and sensor surface with tweezers or other tools
  3.  Do not use gasoline, acetone, or any other organic solvents for cleaning.
  4. Only use the printer for printing until the cleaning alcohol evaporates completely.
