Performing a Settings Reset on the Advantage360 with the ZMK
Engine (KB360-PRO)
Version: 11/22/2023
Background
If the left and right key modules are not communicating properly as indicated
by the right module’s LEDs flashing Red, you may need to reset the “sync”
connection. A reset is performed by “flashing” a Settings-Reset.uf2 file onto
each module’s virtual drive when connected to a PC via a USB cable.
After you flash the reset file onto each module. The keyboard will be disabled
once reset until new firmware is installed. There may be more than one
Settings Reset file so take note which version is appropriate for the branch
of firmware you will be installing.
Note: Before you try a reset, make sure to power cycle each module
several times to see if that restores the connection.
