INSTALLATION

Make a connection only when the sound system (amplifier) is powered off. Make sure that the connections and polarity of the connectors are correct. The connections must be stab-le and short-circuit-free. Before turning on the system for the first time, check that the connections are correct. Make sure that the ends of the speaker cord do not touch each other or other wires, connectors, screws, etc. When switching on, set the amplifier’s volume control to the minimum position so that any noise that may be generated does not damage the speakers! After turning on, slowly start increasing the volume. Pay attention to the polarity of the speaker wire. Red: positive; black: negative pole. Use a good quality speaker cable with a cross section of at least 2×0.5mm2!

THE MAXIMAL VOLUME

All speakers must be operated in prior to proper use. Operate only at 50 % load for the first 30–50 hours of operation. At higher volume – in some cases – distorted, the bad sound quality may be experienced. This may be caused by an overly low-powered amplifier, which increases the distortion at higher volumes. In turn, a high-performance amplifier can overload a poorly chosen speaker. The maximum volume of the system is what can be heard in good quality without distortion.
When turning the volume upper, the output power will not increase, while the distortion level will grow! This is very harmful to the speakers and may lead to malfunction.

CLEANING
Use a soft, dry cloth! Do not use any aggressive cleaner or liquid. Do not spill liquid inside the device or on the connectors.

MAINTENANCE
Periodically check the speakers, the power cable, the cover and the fasteners for damage. In case of any faults, disconnect the power supply and consult a specialist!
