- 2-band AM-FM pocket radio
- LED indicator which helps to tune to the exact station
- Easy and comfortable operation thanks to the ergonomic design
- Headphone connector jack: 3.5 mm
- Power supply: 2xAA (1,5 V) batteries (not included)
INSTALLATION
Place 2 pcs AA (1,5 V) alkaline batteries to the compartment according to the polarity indicated in it.
- Decreasing volume or distorted sound indicates the depletion of the batteries. Immediately remove them.
- Do not use different kinds of batteries and/or used and new batteries together. Battery replacement can only be performed by an adult.
- If there is some liquid flown out from the battery, take a protective glove, and clean the battery holder with a dry cloth. It is forbidden to open, burn and short-circuit and charge batteries. Non-rechargeable batteries must not be charged. Risk of explosion. Do not insert accumulators instead of batteries because they have a significantly lower voltage and efficiency.
USING THE RADIO
Switch it on by setting the BAND switch on the right side to AM or FM position. This turns on and selects the desired waveband. Set the appropriate volume with the left side VOL rotary knob and search for the radio station with the upper large size TUNE rotary knob. Pull out the antenna completely. When tuned precisely to the station, the tuning indicator red LED is on.
- The radio’s reception capacity depends to a large extent on the place of use and the current reception conditions.
- Handle the antenna carefully, so that you not broke it. Cannot be rotated.
- When you listen to the AM band, a built-in antenna works. Do not unplug the antenna, but rotate the device to the best reception condition. In case of FM band, the external antenna works.
- Nearby electrical equipment and larger metal objects may interfere with reception.
USING HEADPHONES
You can connect your earphone with a 3,5 mm plug to the PHONE socket on the left side. The speaker then switches off. This unit is capable for mono reception, but you can also connect a stereo earphone or headphone to it. Both of its speakers will work.
