Introduction
If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. If you are uncertain, please contact IKEA. Different materials require different types of fittings. Always choose screws and plugs that are specially suited to the material.
If the flexible cables connected to this luminaire are within reach, they should be carefully and thoroughly attached to the wall to reduce the risk of strangulation.
