Set Up Using the CYNC app

  1. Plug your Smart Plug into an outlet
  2. Download the CYNC opp
  3. Add the Smart Plug to the CYNC opp. Tip: Hoving trouble connecting? Move your Smart Plug closer to your router to commission.
  4. To set up voice control with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant follow the steps in the CYNC opp
  5. To enable voice and out home control for CYNC and C by GE Bluetooth Lights, add your Smart Lights and Smart Plug to the same room

Set Up Using the Google Home app

  1. Plug your Smart Plug into an outlet
  2. Open the Google Home opp
  3. Click the notification to set CYNC/C byGE Smart Plug
  4. Assign the Smart Plug to a room

To control all of your CYNC and C by GE devices together, add them to the CYNC app, available for Android and iOS devices.
