the cable or the plug shows any damage. Do not use the appliance after a
possible irregular working. In this case, switch it off and do not break it

or burning flames.

Some warnings
The lamp is made of natural salt stone, hand-carved, and processed.
Due to the hand carving, shape, size, color, and weight may vary from lamp to
lamp.
The lamp is equipped with a type E14 15W lamp already installed.
Warning: only install lamps with max 15W consumption and/or E14 type.
Before use, remove all packaging and protection materials from the lamp. For
best protection during transportation, the lamp is protected by a plastic
shrink wrap: remove it before use. Pay attention while handling the lamp if it
has been on for a long period of time: the lamp inside will heat the salt
surface, which can become very warm.
For home use only. Do not use outdoors.
Warning: the salt stone is not edible; keep the item away from children and pets.
Do not let children and/or pets play with the item and/or its power cable.
Make sure the lamp and its cable are installed correctly, away from common
walking paths.
Warning: do not immerse the item in water or other liquids; keep the item
away from water basins (e.g. sinks, bathtubs, etc.)
Keep the appliance away from direct sunlight.
Keep the power cable away from heating sources.
Do not insert any foreign object (besides the lamp base provided in the box)
inside the item.
Disconnect the lamp from the wall socket when not in use for long periods of
time. Do not use the lamp if the power cord is damaged.
Operation
Connect the plug to a wall socket. Rotate the switch clockwise to switch the
light on, and to increase light intensity.
To reduce the intensity of the light and/or switch the lamp off, rotate the
switch counterclockwise.
Note: if the room in which the lamp is installed is very humid, it is
possible to notice moisture condensation on the salt surface; remove the
moisture with a dry soft cloth, and keep the lamp on for a few hours, to dry
the stone completely.
To prevent the stone from absorbing too much moisture and generating
condensation, it is better to keep the lamp on.
Daily and prolonged use of the lamp is recommended for better results, to
ensure constant emission of negative ions. If the lamp is not used for long
periods of time, wrap it with plastic film, to minimize exposure to air and
humidity
Replacing of lamp Fig. B e C
Disconnect the lamp from the wall socket, and wait a few minutes until the
salt stone and the lamp have cooled down completely.
Gently lay the lamp on the side, and pull the plastic base outwards, to take
it out.
Keep the light bulb upright, and rotate it counterclockwise; remove it and
dispose of it based on applicable regulations.
Warning: do not touch the metal thread inside the lamp with your fingers
or any other tool.
Insert a new light bulb and secure it by rotating it clockwise. With the lamp
still laying on the side, replace the plastic base inside the hole, making
sure that the lamp base clips are completely inserted. Place the lamp
vertically on its base, and connect the plug to the wall socket.
Cleaning and maintenance
Make sure that the lamp is off and disconnected from the wall socket, and wait
a few minutes until it is completely cool before proceeding with any cleaning
operation.
Use a soft dry cloth to remove dust from the surface, to ensure good light
transmittance. In case the use of a dry cloth is not enough to remove all
dust, it is possible to use a soft cloth dampened in water or a damp sponge.
Warning: do not wet the salt stone excessively, and do not immerse the
lamp in water or other liquids.
When not in use, keep the lamp away from direct sunlight, inside a plastic
bag, or wrapped in plastic film, and away from humidity.
