In the Box
Pairing
- For first use, hold the touch surfaces of both the left and right earbuds for 2 seconds or more.
- The earbuds will power on and enter pairing mode (shown with blue and red flashing LEDs).
Connecting To Bluetooth Device
- Choose “KOSS TWS250i” to connect
- Pairing successful
Note: earbuds will automatically connect to your device after initial connection as long as Bluetooth is on.

Return earbuds to case to automatically power off or touch & hold earbuds for 5 seconds to manually power off.

Charging
- Plug charging case into power source with supplied cable
- When earbuds are in the charging case the light indicates that charging is in progress. The red light turns off when charging is complete.
Reset
Step 1: Make sure both earbuds are in the charging case, touch & hold
both earbud for 5 seconds to power off
Step 2: Touch & hold both earbuds for 8 seconds while they are in
charging case and while powered off
- The red light flashes for 4 seconds and a warning tone of two beeps occurs during this process
Pairing process begins again

WARNING
Using earbuds at high volumes for extended periods of time may result in
permanent hearing damage. It is advised you keep volume levels moderate to low
at all times for your safety.
Do not use while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing
other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.
Earbuds may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity
conditions.
Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earbuds.
If the earbuds come in contact with liquids, quickly wipe away. If submerged
in water, do not turn the earbuds on until completely dried.
Liquid submersion voids the warranty.
Keep the earbuds and packaging out of reach of children.
Battery warning
- Do not disassemble, strike, crush or put the battery into fire.
- Do not expose the battery to conductive materials, liquids, fire, or high temperatures.
- Do not allow metal objects to touch the two poles of the battery.
- Do not continue to use the battery if it has bulges, leaks, discoloration, odors.
- Do not use the battery after it has been submerged in water.
- If the battery is used improperly, it may explode or leak, causing burns and other personal injuries.
- If the battery leaks, it should be carefully disposed of according to the local laws and regulations concerning battery disposal.
