Pairing

  1. For first use, hold the touch surfaces of both the left and right earbuds for 2 seconds or more.
  2. The earbuds will power on and enter pairing mode (shown with blue and red flashing LEDs).

Connecting To Bluetooth Device

  1. Choose “KOSS TWS250i” to connect
  2. Pairing successful

Note: earbuds will automatically connect to your device after initial connection as long as Bluetooth is on.

    Triple tap to prompt the voice assistant

  4. Power off
    Return earbuds to case to automatically power off or touch & hold earbuds for 5 seconds to manually power off.

  2. When earbuds are in the charging case the light indicates that charging is in progress. The red light turns off when charging is complete.

Reset

Step 1: Make sure both earbuds are in the charging case, touch & hold both earbud for 5 seconds to power off
Step 2: Touch & hold both earbuds for 8 seconds while they are in charging case and while powered off

  • The red light flashes for 4 seconds and a warning tone of two beeps occurs during this process

WARNING

Battery warning

  • Do not allow metal objects to touch the two poles of the battery.
