VECLESUS VC1 Car License Plate Backup Camera
Camera Installation
The best location to fit the camera is the car license plate. All cars feature
a light to illuminate the number plate at night,
which may allow a cable to run inside of the car trunk.
- Loose the original screws on the number plate with a wrench.
- Thread camera cable through the space for the number plate light. If your car doesn’t feature this light, or a hole to thread this cable through, a discreet 7mm hole needs to be drilled to allow this cable into the rear part of the car trunk.
- Once the cable is fixed inside the car, then tighten the screws to put the camera on the license plate, and put the license plate back into the vehicle. If necessary, use a cross screwdriver to loosen the screw beside the camera till up or down the vertical angle of the lens, which may improve the view of the camera lens.

Notes
Black (Ground)- Locate a suitable location to ground (negative) the black wire
in the wiring harness. You may connect this wire to a factory ground point in
the vehicle, or attach a ring terminal to the black wire and screw it into the
body of the vehicle. If you choose t0 Screw into the body, clean the area of
any paint or adhesive to allow for a good metal-to-metal connection.
