• The charging case includes a built-in Lithium-Ion battery, do not leave it unattended whilst charging.
• Do not listen to the headphones at high volume for excessive periods as this may damage your hearing.
• Discontinue use if you experience any discomfort or irritation from using the earphones.
• These earphones must not be worn whilst driving a motor vehicle.
• These headphones must not be submerged in water.
• When cleaning the headphones or case please use a dry cloth.

Completely Wire-Free.

The LE400W are truly wireless earphones that will connect instantly to your device when removed from their case via Bluetooth 5.0 technology. The simultaneous transmission allows for both stereo, and mono playback, if required.

Each bud weighs only 4.1g for comfort even over prolonged use and can be securely fitted with a choice of 3 silicone or 3 memory foam tips. The LE400W has been engineered to provide an optimum fit for all ear types while ensuring great audio playback.

Intuitive, seamless control.

Playback can be easily controlled at the tap of a finger. A single tap can be a pause and play content, a double-tap for skipping to the next track, or a triple-tap for going to the previous song. A long hold press adjusts volume depending on the earbud in use while a short press can bring up the connected devices’ voice assistant for a fully wireless experience.

Charging

Charging the LE400W

The LE400W can be easily charged by enclosing it inside the charging case, ensuring the charging points meet those of the case.

The case has in-built magnets to secure the earphones in place to avoid any hassle in positioning the LE400W.

• To begin charging, simply place the earbuds into the charging case and close the charging case.
• Please note the LE400W will automatically disconnect from the source device once the case is closed.
• Each earphone can be independently charged on its own if required. Once both earphones are fully charged, the charging case will switch off to save power.
• The LE400W can be charged up to 3 times from a 100% charging case.
• The LE400W will intermittently beep when they are near low charge. Battery life can also be monitored with compatible audio source devices.

Charging the Case

To charge the LE400W, the case must also be charged. This can be done by connecting the USB Type C cable and connecting to a USB power source.

LED Indicators on Charging Case

• Left LED: This will illuminate white to indicate the left earbud is charging. This LED will turn off once the earphone is fully charged.
• The right LED: This will illuminate white to indicate the right earbud is charging. This LED will turn off once the earphone is fully charged.
• Centre LED: This LED will indicate the status of the case.
• If the LED is flashing green, this indicates that the charging case is at 100% charge and can be disconnected from the power source.
• If the LED is illuminated green, this indicates that the charging case is at >70% charge.
• If the LED is illuminated orange, this indicates that the charging case is at >35% charge.
• If the LED is illuminated red, this indicates that the charging case is at <35% charge.

Bluetooth Pairing

Once charged, open the charging case.
Both earphones will automatically power on and connect to each other for stereo audio playback.
After approximately 2 seconds, one earphone will blink white. This means the connection has been successful with the other earphone and entered Pairing Mode.
Remove the earphones from the charging case and turn on Bluetooth on your source device.
In your device’s Bluetooth settings, select LE400W. The LE400W will beep, indicating a successful connection.
If required enter the password “0000” to finalize the connection with your device.
Once paired, the LE400W will automatically connect with this source device for future use.
For manually powering on the LE400W, if they have gone into standby mode, press and hold the Multifunction Button until the white LED appears, and a beep indicates
a successful connection.

Single Earphone Connection

The LE400W can also provide mono playback from a single earphone when required.
Remove the earphone which is not required and place them back into the charging case.
Once the charging case is closed, the remaining earphone will continue playback.
To revert to stereo playback, simply remove the earphone from the charging case and it will automatically power on and pair with the other earphone and the device.

Powering Off The LE400W

Once the LE400W is placed into the charging case and the case is closed, the earphones will automatically disconnect and turn off.

Manual Power Off

If the LE400W are connected for stereo playback, pause audio playback, press and hold both earphones for around 5 seconds at the same time and they will power off.
If the LE400W is already disconnected from the source device, press and hold either earphone and both earphones will power off.

Please note: The LE400W cannot be manually powered off during a call or during playback. End the call or pause playback to turn off the LE400W.
During single earphone use, pressing and holding the earphone in use will power off the earphone.

Controls

The Multi-function touch button on either earphone provides a multitude of features all with a tap of the finger.

Voice Assistant Integration

• To activate the connected device’s voice assistant, press and hold the multi-function button for 1-2 seconds.

Music Playback

• Play / Pause: To pause audio playback tap the multi-function button of either earphone once. To continue playback, tap either earphone again.
• Skip to Previous Track: Tap the multi-function button of either earphone 3 times.
• Skip to Next Track: Tap the multi-function button of either earphone twice.
• Volume Up Press and hold the multi-function button of the right earphone. This will increase the volume increments until the volume is at 100%. The LE400W will beep to indicate full volume.
• Volume Down Press and hold the multi-function button of the left earphone. This will decrease the volume increments until the volume is at 0%. The LE400W will beep to indicate 0% volume.

Phone Call Use

•  Answer / End a Phone Call: To answer a phone call, tap the multi-function button of either earphone once during an incoming call, and press it again to end the call.
•  Reject a Phone Call: Press and hold the multi-function button for 1-2 seconds to decline an incoming call.

How To Ensure Correct Fit

To ensure the optimum fit and noise quality, please select the most suitable memory foam or silicone earphone tip for your ears. Once inside your ears, rotate the LE400W anti-clockwise to secure the earphones using the rubber wing. Please rotate using the rubber sides of the earphones to ensure the multi-function touch button does not initiate playback.

Troubleshooting

If you experience no playback from earphones, please follow the below steps:

• Remove both earphones from the charging case to Power on.
• Tap the multi-function button twice quickly on both earphones.
• This will pair the earphones together.
• One earphone’s LED indicator will flash white to indicate the pairing has been successful. The earphones will then look to pair to your source device.
