Getting Started
For an optimal charging experience, please follow the detailed instructions in
this manual when using the iON Wireless Duo.
Compatibility
Please make sure your device is Qi Wireless compatible. Compatible devices
include:

Dual Qi Wireless Fast-Charging
Wirelessly fast-charge two devices simultaneously with the charging stand or
pad.

Included DC Cable & Adapter
- Plug the Charging Cable into the DC port on the back of the iON Duo.
- Plug the Power Adapter into a wall outlet.
Both Charging Indicators will turn on and then fade, to inform you the iON Duo
has received power.
Please only use the included cable and power adapter. Using third-party
components may impact wireless charging performance
Qi Alignment Guide
Use the guide below to receive an efficient wireless fast charge
Oi Coil Location
The Qi coil is generally found in
the center of most smartphone models.
Smartphone Alignment (Stand)
The charging stand has portrait and landscape charging modes.
Portrait Charging
Line up the center of the smartphone vertically to the charging surface and
rest the device on Anti-Slip Foot until a charging connection is found.
Landscape Charging
Line up the center of the smartphone horizontally to the charging surface and
rest the device on Anti-Slip Foot until a charging connection is found.
Rest your smartphone on the charging surface parallel to the Charging Stand
Using the Right Anti-Slip Foot (Stand)
The Large Anti-Slip Foot comes built-in on the stand portion of the iON Duo.
This is ideal for regular-sized smartphones. If using a larger, plus-sized
smartphone and/or a thicker case, please swap out the current foot for the
Small Anti-Slip Foot.
Please use the correct Anti-Slip Foot for proper Qi Alignment
Smartphone Alignment (Pad)
Center the back of the smartphone or Qi-wireless accessory device in the
center of the Anti-Slip Pad for a fast and efficient wireless charge.
Rest your smartphone or Qi-
wireless accessory device on the charging surface parallel to the Charging Pad
Troubleshooting
Your device’s screen will show that it is charging. If your device is not
charging, please check the corresponding Charging Indicator on the front of
the device.
Fading White Light
When powered on, the light will appear briefly and then fade.
Blinking Red Light
A blinking red light will appear if the device is incompatible or the Oi
coil is blocked.
Solid White Light
The white light will remain if the device is charging. wirelessly.

Operational Warnings
- During the charging process. the transfer of electricity gives off heat. Your device may become warm, but should not become exceedingly hot.
- If the device gets wet, please cease charging immediately. Remove plugs and dry the product completely. The device is only to be operated in a dry, indoor environment
- Please be careful of excessive drops, and dents. punctures. or deformities on the device. If you are concerned. please unplug the device and contact the manufacturer.
- Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
- Operating this device In a hot environment or in direct sunlight for a long period of time may cause malfunctions. We recommend keeping the product in cooler temperatures.
- Please use included components for an optimal experience To support Oi fast charge when using a third-party charger or a USB Power Adapter use a minimum output of both -90V-2,0A or 12%1-1.5k.
- If your phone is misaligned when wireless charging, your device may become warm due to inefficient wireless output It Is important to always property align your smartphone.
- California Proposition 65: This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and both defects or other reproductive harm.
Caution Old electrical appliances must not be disposed of together with
residual waste, but have to be disposed of separately.
