Chapter 1 – Part List
A CPU heatsink
Chapter 2 – Intel Installation
- Apply heat transfer paste on the CPU and remove the protective film from the copper substrate
- Install the positioning screw of the radiator into the motherboard hole and install the gasket
- Install the back plate/screw on the hexagon nut/tighten with a socket
- Connect the fan cable to the CPU on MB_ FAN socket
Chapter 3 – AMD Installation
- Assembling AMD fasteners
- Assembly fastener completion diagram
- Apply heat transfer paste on the CPU and remove the protective film from the copper substrate
- Removing the AMD fixed heat dissipation plastic bracket
- Install the back olate/screw on the hexagon nut/tiahten with a socket
- Removing the AM5 fixing bracket
- Screw on the nut/tighten with a socket
- Connect the fan cable to the CPU on MB_ FAN socket
