Installation time

Installation instruction
Step 1 : Firstly, it is recommended to fold down the rear seats. You may
need to remove the relevant accessories from the original vehicle. Please
refer to the diagram below for the locations to disassemble. Subsequent steps
will be demonstrated using the driver’s side as an example.
Step 2: Tear open the provided EVA foam strips and adhere it to the
contact surfaces of the following brackets: the bottom bracket, the middle
assembly part, and the upper brackets.
Step 3: Next, you should assemble the molle panel and three brackets
(bottom bracket & upper bracket & cargo rack connectors). Please refer to the
diagram below for installation. You will need M616 screws and M820 screws
for this assembly.

- Split Lock Washer (D6) 4 & (D8) 3
- Flat Washer (M6)4 & (M8) 3
- Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6) & (M8) *3
- Step 4: Next, lift the assembled molle panel onto the driver’s side of the vehicle, preparing to install it on the car.
- Step 5: Next, install the molle panel on the car. When installing the bottom bracket, place 40mm-long nylon spacers and secure them with M655 screws. Use the original car screws for the bottom holes. For the remaining hole, insert a 50mm-long nylon spacer and secure it with an M670 screw.
- Step 6: Following that, the installation of the molle panel on the driver’s side is complete. Please use the same method to install it on the passenger’s side.
- Step 7: Next, assemble the cargo rack (1) (no logo) and the middle assembly part using M8*20 screws and nuts.

- Step 8: Next, place the cargo racks (1) and (2) inside the vehicle, preparing to assemble them on the car. Make sure to place the one assembled in the previous step on the left side.
- Step 9: Next, assemble cargo racks (1) and (2) by connecting them with the middle assembly part. Secure the remaining three holes in place.

- Step 10: Next, place the reinforcement plate on the inside of the cargo rack’s connection point. Secure it with M8*20 screws and nuts, but do not tighten the screws for now.

- (4) Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8)
- Step 11: Next, connect cargo racks (1) and (2) with the molle panel, and secure them in place using M8*20 screws and nuts.

- Step 12: Finally, it is recommended to have two people for this operation. Lift the cargo rack to a horizontal position first and then tighten the screws in the middle section.
