Preparing for Installation
- A. Front mudguard (x2)

- C. #8 x 3/4 (19mm) Phillips flat head screw (x4)

Front Mud Guards Installation – Part 1/2
- Tips before the installation:
- Install mudguards with the logo facing the rear of the car.
- Pry open u-nuts before installing to prevent scratching the paint.
- Turn your vehicle’s front wheels for access to the fender liner.
- Remove factory fender liner clips and screws.
- Pry open U-nuts and slide them onto Fender tabs.
Front Mud Guards Installation – Part 2/2
- Insert screws through upper mudguard holes.
- Align and screw in the mudguards, then tighten the screws.
- Repeat steps on the other side of the vehicle.
Rear Mud Guards Installation – Part 1/3
- Jack up the car to remove the rear wheel and access the bumper’s inner lip.
- Remove plastic clips and pull the fabric liner to locate holes.
Rear Mud Guards Installation – Part 2/3
- Insert grommets into holes and align the mudguards.
- Insert screws through mud guard holes and spacers, then screw into grommets.

PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
What’s in the package?

Required tools
- Phillips screwdriver or Electric drill
- Utility knife
- Car Jack
- Wheel nuts removing socket and wrench
FRONT MUDGUARDS INSTALL – 1/2
Tips before the installation
- Our mudguards should be installed with the logo facing the rear of the car.
- Before installing the provided u-nuts, slightly pry them open with a flat head screwdriver. Doing so will help to prevent scratching the paint when sliding them on.
- A. Turn your vehicle’s front wheels as much as possible to allow access to the fender liner.
- B. Remove the 2 factory fender liner clips and the 10mm hex screw shown in the image above. Gently pull on the fender liner to gain access to the fender tabs.
- A. Grab 2 of the provided u-nuts(E) that came in the front mudguards package.
- C. Slightly pry open each u-nut to facilitate the installation and avoid scratching the paint.
- D. Slide the u-nuts on the two fender tabs making sure that the flat face is facing towards the front of the vehicle and that the hole is correctly aligned.
- A. Grab the front mud flap (the FX3D logo should be facing the rear of the car).
- B. Insert the provided screws(C) through the 2 upper mudguard slotted holes. The head of the screws should be resting on the opposite side of the FX3D logo.
- C. Insert the factory 10mm hex screw into the bottom slotted hole.
- D. Align and screw the 3 screws into the fender liner. Don’t tighten all the way to allow positioning of the flaps to your liking.
- E. When satisfied with the position, you can tighten all screws completely. Don’t over-tighten.
- F. Repeat steps 1 to 3 on the other side of the vehicle.
REAR MUDGUARDS INSTALL – 1/3
- A. Jack your car up so you can remove the rear wheel and gain access to the bumper inner lip and wheel well lining.
- B. Remove the plastic clip shown in the image above.
- A. Gently pull on the fabric liner to reveal and locate the 9mm square hole shown in the image above.
- B. Using a utility knife, cut a hole through the liner making sure it’s aligned with the square hole.
- TIP You can poke a hole from behind to ensure a perfectly aligned cut.
REAR MUD GUARDS INSTALL – 2/3
- A. Insert a plastic grommet(F) in both holes.
- Our mudguards are designed to fit with or without the TRD rear bumper diffuser. Use the corresponding holes to match your car’s trim for a better fitment
- A. Grab the rear mud flap (the FX3D logo should be facing the rear of the car).
- B. Insert the #12 screws(D) through the mudguard slotted holes. Refer to the diagram shown below in Step 3.
- The head of the screws should be resting on the opposite side of the FX3D logo.
- C. insert a plastic spacer (G) into both screws as shown in the image above.
- D. Align and screw the mudguards into the plastic grommets. Don’t tighten all the way to allow positioning of the flaps to your liking.
REAR MUD GUARDS INSTALL – 3/3
- A. When satisfied with the position of the flap, tighten all screws completely. Don’t over-tighten.
- B. Using a utility knife, cut a hole in the rear wheel well lining through the 3rd attachment point of the rear mudguard.
- C. Insert one of the plastic push-type fasteners through the mudguard and the lining. Push on the fastener to secure it in place.
- D. Repeat steps 1 to 5 on the other side of the vehicle.
