• Step 1: Install the main bracket.
  • Side Upper:
• Step 2: Install the upper bracket on the main pillar for off-roading.
  • Side: Upper

Step 3: Install the top bracket.

• Tips: After installing the top bracket, you can install a 50-inch or 52-inch tool lamp on it.
• Tips: The A-Pillar Light product includes two 4-inch tool lamps with lens, switch, and wire set. You can install these on the main bracket for daily use or on the top/upper bracket for off-road events.

A-Pillar Light Installation Instructions

Note: This installation manual takes the installation on the left side of the vehicle as an example, and the installation steps on the right side of the vehicle are the same.

• Step 1: Install the main bracket.
• Side: Use ②hex flat head bolts (M830) for the two holes on the side, and tighten in the order of ②hex flat head bolts (M830) – ⑥spring washer (M8) – ⑤flat washer (8242mm) – ④rubber washer (8160.5mm).
• Upper: Use ③hex flat head bolts (M660) for the two holes on the upper, and tighten in the order of ③hex flat head bolts (M660) – ⑥spring washer (M6) – ⑤flat washer (6181mm) – ④rubber washer (8160.5mm).
• Step 2: When you go off-roading, you can install the upper bracket on the main pillar.
• Side: Use ②hex flat head bolts (M820) for the two holes on the side, and tighten in the order of ②hex flat head bolts (M820) – ⑤spring washer (M8) – ④flat washer (8242mm) – ③rubber washer (8160.5mm) – ⑥hex flange nuts (M8-8).
• Upper: Use ②hex flat head bolts (M820) for the two holes on the side, and tighten in the order of ②hex flat head bolts (M820) – ⑤spring washer (M8) – ④flat washer (8242mm) – ③rubber washer (8160.5mm) – ⑥hex flange nuts (M8-8).
• Step 3: Install the top bracket.
• Top: Use ②Square Neck Bolts (M8-16) for the two holes on the top, and tighten in the order of ②Square Neck Bolts (M8-16) – ⑥spring washer (M8) – ④flat washer (8242mm) – ③rubber washer (8160.5mm) and the other side ⑤plastic washer (M8) – ⑦acron nuts (M8)
• Tips: After installing the top bracket, you can install the 50-inch or 52-inch tool lamp on the bracket.
• Tips: This A-Pillar Light product comes with two 4-inch tool lamps with lens, switch, and wire set. You can install these on the main bracket in daily use or install these on the top or upper bracket in off-road events.
