Installation Instructions
Step 1:
Open the carton and take out the parts. Check whether the number of components is complete.
Step 2:
- Remove the front factory fender flare.
- Disconnect the plugs of the original fender flares.
Step 3:
Cut off the factory fender flares to fit our inner fender flares using a hacksaw or a power cutting tool. Use safety glasses and a marker to draw cutting lines.
Step 4:
Reinstall the factory fender flares back on the Jeep, aligning the clips with the fender holes and pushing the clips on the fender.
Step 5:
Install the Front Fender Liner following the provided instructions for each part.
Step 6:
Remove the rear factory fender liner by carefully separating it from the fender flare.
Step 7:
Remove the rear factory inner fender flare.
Step 8:
Tighten all screws and bolts.
Step 9:
Complete the installation of the fender liner. Periodically inspect to ensure all hardware is secure.

- Properly torque and recheck fasteners and security of step tread after 250 miles and inspect frequently. Do not use if damaged.

Installation Instructions
- Step 1: Open the carton and take out the parts. Check whether the number of components is complete.
- Step 2: Remove the front factory fender flare.
Step 3: Cut off the factory fender flares to fir our inner fender flares

Tips: The hacksaw will take a fair bit of time whereas the power cutting
tool will make quicker and easier work of these task
Step 4: Now ready to put factory fender flares back on the jeep be sure
to align the clips with the fender holes as you place it back on just push the
clips on the fender.
Step 5: Install the Front Fender Liner.
Step 6: Remove the rear factory fender liner.
Step 7: Remove the rear factory inner fender flare.
- Step 8: Tighten all the screws and bolts.
- Step 9: Installation of a fender liner is complete. Please do periodic inspections of the fender liner to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight
