ONLY USE WITH HALO HOME LIGHTING FIXTURES, CONTROLS AND ACCESSORIES.

WARNING

CHOKING HAZARD
Small parts. Not for children under 3 years.

  • The danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
  • The battery (battery or batteries or battery pack) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
  • Chemical Burn Hazard. Keep batteries away from children.
  • This product contains a lithium battery. If a new or used lithium cell battery is swallowed or enters the body, it can cause severe internal burns and can lead to death in as little as 2 hours. Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep it away from children. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
  • The cells shall be disposed of properly, including keeping them away from children.
  • Even used cells may cause injury.

In-Wall Anywhere Mount

  • Determine a convenient wall area. Follow all local applicable codes for wall height.
  • Confirm that there are no studs or other in-wall obstructions.
  • Measure and cut out area for low voltage wall box or bracket (sold separately).
  • Install the wall box/bracket as per the chosen product’s instructions.

Battery Installation

  • Install battery… Mount HALO Home Scene Keypad using the provided screws into the wall box/bracket…faceplate (sold separately)…then refer to the HALO Home app pairing instructions at www.cooperlighting.com

Factory Reset
Press the 1 button 4 times, then the power button 4 times, then the 1 button 4 times. The LED indicator will stay on for 5 seconds and then blink for 30 seconds on a successful reset.

The device meets the exemption from the routine evaluation limits in section 2.5 of RSS 102 and compliance with RSS-102 RF exposure, users can obtain Canadian information on RF exposure and compliance.

This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 centimetres between the radiator and your body.

5-Year Limited Warranty

THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Cooper Lighting Solutions warrants to customers that, for five years from the date of purchase, Cooper Lighting Solutions products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The obligation of Cooper Lighting Solutions under this warranty is expressly limited to the provision of replacement products. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the product. A purchaser’s receipt or other proof of date of original purchase is acceptable to Cooper Lighting Solutions. This is required before warranty performance shall be rendered. This warranty does not apply to Cooper Lighting Solutions products that have been altered or repaired that have been subjected to neglect, abuse, misuse or accident (including shipping damages). This warranty does not apply to products not manufactured by Cooper Lighting Solutions that have been supplied, installed, and/or used in conjunction with Cooper Lighting Solutions products. Damage to the product caused by replacement bulbs or corrosion or discolouration of brass components is not covered by this warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL COOPER LIGHTING SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR IN TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), NOR FOR LOST PROFITS; NOR SHALL THE LIABILITY OF COOPER LIGHTING SOLUTIONS FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THESE TERMS OR THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, DELIVERY, USE, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR MODIFICATION OF COOPER LIGHTING SOLUTIONS PRODUCTS, OR SUPPLY OF ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS THEREFORE, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF COOPER LIGHTING SOLUTIONS PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO A CLAIM. NO LABOR CHARGES WILL BE ACCEPTED TO REMOVE OR INSTALL FIXTURES.

  • Date and place of purchase
  • Catalog and quantity purchase

All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number issued by the Company and must be returned freight prepaid. Any product received without a Return Goods Authorization Number from the Company will be refused. Cooper Lighting Solutions is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. Repaired or replaced products shall be subject to the terms of this warranty and are inspected when packed. Evident or concealed damage that is made in transit should be reported at once to the carrier making the delivery and a claim filed with them. Reproductions of this document without prior written approval of Cooper Lighting Solutions are strictly prohibited. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

NOTE: THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RADIO OR TV INTERFERENCE CAUSED BY UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS TO THIS EQUIPMENT. SUCH MODIFICATIONS COULD VOID THE USER’S AUTHORITY TO OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT.
