Product Usage Instructions

1. Feed the wire through the STEM (K) and twist onto the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (L).
2. Attach the PLASTIC RING (F) inside the CANOPY (J) and slide the CANOPY onto the STEM.
3. Thread the CONNECTOR (G) on top of the STEM and then thread the MOUNTING PLATE (A) onto the CONNECTOR.
4. Install the MOUNTING PLATE (A) onto the junction box using the MOUNTING SCREWS (B).
5. Connect Ground wire to the ground inside the outlet box or the GROUND SCREW (D) on the MOUNTING PLATE.
6. Connect white fixture lead to neutral wire and black fixture leads to hot wire in the outlet box.
7. Safely secure all connections and wires using appropriate fasteners and electrical tape.
8. Attach the GLASS (M) onto the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (L) and secure with THREADED SOCKET COVER (N).
9. Screw the recommended 8-watt Type B BULB (O) into the SOCKET of the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (L).
10. Restore power to the outlet at the breaker or fuse box.

FIXTURE INSTALLATION

1. Feed the wire through the STEM (K) and twist tightly onto the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (L). Keep adding additional stems until your desired hanging height is met.

2. Attach the PLASTIC RING (F) inside the CANOPY (J). Place the CANOPY (J) at the top of the STEM (K) and let the CANOPY (J) slide through the STEM (K).

3. Fully thread the CONNECTOR (G) on top of the STEM (K). Thread the MOUNTING PLATE (A) onto the CONNECTOR (G).

4. Lift up the MOUNTING PLATE (A) along with the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (L) up to the ceiling and install the MOUNTING PLATE (A) onto the junction box using the MOUNTING SCREWS (B). This fixture is designed to be mounted on standard round or octagon junction box. The junction box must be securely mounted to the structure of the building. Pull the wire out from the junction box. Trim off the excess wire to a minimum 6″ beyond the STEM (K) and strip each wire 12 “.

5. Attach the Ground wire (Green) to the ground inside the outlet box (Generally green or bare copper wire) or the GROUND SCREW (D) on the MOUNTING PLATE (A). NEVER CONNECT GROUND WIRE TO “HOT” WIRE? FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH?

6. Connect the white fixture lead to the neutral (Generally white) wire in the outlet box. Fasten the wires together with an approved fastener (WIRE NUT) (E). Starting 1″ below the fastener, tightly wrap the connection with electrical tape so that the connections seals the end of the fastener. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO EXPOSED WIRE OF STRANDS THAT COULD CAUSE A DANGEROUS SHORT CIRCUIT?

7. Connect the black fixture leads to the hot (Generally black) wire in the outlet box. Fasten the joined wires same as previous step. NEVER REVERSE HOT AND NEUTRAL WIRES. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS
   COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH?

8. Push the wires back into the junction box. Lift up the CANOPY (J) and secure with ALLEN SCREW (H) using ALLEN KEY (I).

9. Attach the GLASS (M) onto the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (L) and secure with THREADED SOCKET COVER (N) using the included SPECIAL TOOL (C).

10. Screw the BULB (O) into the SOCKET of the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (L). THIS FIXTURE IS RATED FOR 8
    WATT TYPE B LAMP. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED WATTAGE?

11. Restore power to the OUTLET at the breaker or fuse box.
