SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
When you use this product, pay special attention to the following:
- Keep the leakage protection and the plug dry.
- To avoid product damage, it is recommended that the product will not continuously work for 24 hours a day. This product should not be placed at random after use, and should be rolled up after cooling.
- This product cannot be immersed in water while using. As with all electronic equipment, the risk of electric shock can result in injury or death. When the product is rolled-up, pay attention that it is not over-heat or it will result in damage. If damaged, please immediately stop using, and cut off the power cords.
- The product should not be close to the fire source or high-temperature object, because the material outside is easy to melt.
- When the product is in use, the voltage and frequency must meet the requirements. Do not drag the power cord when it is working. When using this product, please pull out the plug. If children are there around the working product, they should be accompanied by a guardian.
- It is strictly forbidden to touch products (such as plugs, connectors, digital devices, etc.) with wet hands.
- The product should not be overheated for a long time to prevent damage. Do not leave it alone when the blanket is hot. Roll up after using it when it is cool down.
- When the product is rolled up and overlapped, it will be damaged if it is hot. If there is any damage to the product, please immediately stop using it.
- When not using this product, please cut off the plug.
- When using this product, if there are children, they should be accompanied by adults. Since children have no safety protection awareness, they are prohibited from touching the blanket for avoiding injury.
- It is strictly forbidden to repair without permission, otherwise, you will be responsible for the consequences.
- When using the product, pay attention to make a flat packaging and not be wrinkled, or it will easily cause unnecessary damage.

- Reflective Stripe: Reflective at night, regional warning, reduce the risk of falling.
- Reservation Timing Controller: The start and the switch time can be managed at your will.
- Screw: Fix the snow melting mat.
- Velcro: Store the snow melting mat.
- Power cable: Power supply can be connected.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Just place it on any surface with ice or snow, turn it on, and it will thaw
automatically.
It can melt snow and ice up to 7 cm thick in one hour. By keeping the mat
powered, you can keep any surface free of snow or ice.
(Note: Once operation cannot exceed 24 hours). You can also use the mat
for indoor and commercial applications such as warehouses.
Connect the pads and power
The VEVOR ice and snow melting pad kit are equipped with a dedicated power
supply (VEVOR HPS.
The total power of the snow melting pad in series cannot exceed 1800W, and
supports:
- DRT-XRX10*30 pads (up to 9 of the same specification in series)
- DRT-XRX10*48 pads (up to 6 in series of the same specification)
- DRT-XRX20*60 pads (up to 2 of the same specification in series)
- DRT-XRX30*48 pads (up to 1)
- DRT-XRX30*60 pads (up to 1)
- DRT-XRX40*60 pads (up to 1)
The diagram below shows how to connect a small or large pad to the VEVOR-HPS:
Align the power cable interface with the 3 slots of the connecting cable;
Insert it tightly, then tighten the blue nut cover.
WARNING: Be sure to secure the connection between the two connectors with
a blue cable screw-in type ring, and install a blue plastic cover over the
unused connector to protect it from moisture.

- CLOCK: Key for Function-Exit the current mode
- SETUP(PROG): Set 8/20 groups on and off
- MODE: Mode Switch Control
- SEC: Set for Seconds
- HOUR: Set for Hours
- WEEK: Set for Weeks
- MINUTE: Set for Minutes
- RESET: Reset the groups on and off.
Usage:
Time Setting The correct time of day and day of the week must be set before using the timer for the first time.
- Press “CLOCK” and “WEEK” to set the day of the week. Press “WEEK” for more than 2 seconds to set it rapidly.
- Press “CLOCK” and “HOUR” to set the hour of the day. Press “HOUR” for more than 2 seconds to set it rapidly.
- Press “CLOCK” and “MIN” to set minutes. Press “MIN” for more than 2 seconds to set it rapidly.
- Press “CLOCK” and “SEC” to set the seconds. Press “SEC” for more than 2 seconds to set it rapidly.
Program Setting
There are 8/20 possible program combinations available.
- Press “SETUP(PROG)” for program mode. The display will show a”1 ON” on the left side of the display.
- Press” HOUR”,” MIN”, and “WEEK” to set the correct day and time. Note: The timer now should be turned on.
- Press” SETUP(PROG)” to set the timer for “OFF” time and day for “1 off”.
- Press” HOUR”,” MIN”, and “WEEK” to set the correct day and time.
- If needed, press “SETUP(PROG)” for the second on/off setting.
- Combinnation Weekly Setting:

Timer ON/OFF: Turn on or turn off.
- Press “ON/AUTO/OFF”, there is an indicator in the display that shows “ON” or “ON AUTO” or “OFF” or ”AUTO OFF”.
- Press the indicator to “ON AUTO” or ”AUTO OFF”, the timer will be switched on and switched off during the set time.
- Press the indicator to “OFF”, and the timer is turned off.
Special Functions:
- Press “WEEK” and “HOUR” simultaneously. The display will show “RND” on the right side and indicates that the timer is in “RANDOM”, the Auto Mode will delay on/off timing from the actual set from 2 to 32 minutes.
- Press “Hour” and “MIN” simultaneously. The display will show “+1h” on the right side and the correct time will move by forwarding 1 hour to adjust for Daylight Saving Time.
- Press “HOUR” and “MIN” again to revert to the standard time. The accuracy of the timer is about 2 minutes up and down per month. 09
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
- Mainly used for park gates, courtyard corridors, outdoor stairs, hotel gates, supermarket gates. Melt snow on ramps, entrances, roofs, etc. Both for home and industrial uses.
- It is suitable for the ground with ice and snow. When our product is placed on the ground and powered on, it will automatically melt snow, providing pedestrians with safe walking and avoiding slip and fall accidents.
- After 1 hour of electrification, it can melt ice and snow with a thickness of 7 cm, and it can always be electrified to keep the road surface clean and free of snow. Minimum temperature – 30°C
- It can also be used indoors and large-scale logistics transit warehouses.
COMMON FAULT ANALYSIS
