Product Information: Troy Lighting Leif PTL 1
Troy Lighting Leif PTL 1 is a fixture from the Hudson Valley Lighting Group. It is designed to accommodate a 60-watt Type A19 lamp, and it comes with a hardware kit with replacement parts named HDW-PTL 1. The fixture assembly includes a mounting plate (A), wing fasteners (B), wood screws (C), set screws (S), bulb (F), socket, and cord (G). The fixture has been rated for 60 watts, and it is important not to exceed the recommended wattage.
Product Usage Instructions: Troy Lighting Leif PTL 1
- Unpack the fixture assembly and ensure that all parts are present and in good condition.
- Locate the mounting plate (A) and use the wing fasteners (B) to attach it to the ceiling box securely. Use wood screws (C) to secure the mounting plate if necessary.
- Attach the hardware kit (HDW-PTL 1) to the mounting plate using wing fasteners (B).
- Thread the cord (G) through the hardware kit and connect it to the fixture assembly (E).
- Attach the fixture assembly (E) to the mounting plate (A) using set screws (S).
- Insert a 60-watt Type A19 lamp into the socket. Ensure that the bulb (F) is intact and properly positioned.
- Turn on the power and test the fixture to ensure that it is working correctly.
FIXTURE INSTALLATION
- Using the MOUNTING PLATE (A) mark holes on the wall for the WING FASTENERS (B), drill holes and push the WING FASTENERS (B) into the wall, with the WOOD SCREWS (C) attached. Place the MOUNTING PLATE (A) over the WOOD SCREW (C) and tighten on the wall.
- Hang the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (E) onto the MOUNTING PLATE (A), and secure with the SET SCREWS (D).
- Screw the BULB (F) up into the SOCKET of the fixture. THIS FIXTURE IS RATED FOR 60 WATT TYPE A19 LAMP. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED WATTAGE!
- Plug the CORD (G) into the wall outlet. Turn the switch on the socket.
