Product Information

The product is a lighting fixture manufactured by Hudson Valley Lighting Group, specifically under the Troy Lighting brand. The model name of the fixture is PTL 2 Sacramento. The product is designed to use a 60-watt type G25 lamp.

The product package includes a mounting plate (A), wall anchors (B), wood screws (C), set screws, a bulb (G), and a cord (F). The product also comes with a hardware kit and a replacement bulb, with  part numbers HDW-PTL 2 and BLB-60-G25, respectively.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Locate a suitable location to install the fixture.
2. Using wall anchors (B), mount the mounting plate (A) onto the wall.
3. Secure the mounting plate (A) onto the wall with wood screws (C).
4. Assemble the fixture (E) onto the mounting plate (A) using set screws.
5. Insert the bulb (G) into the socket and make sure it is securely in place. Do not exceed the recommended wattage of 60 watts.
6. Plug in the cord (F) and turn on the fixture to test.

• DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE RE-LAMPING OR WIRING THE FIXTURE. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
• TO AVOID THE RISK OF FIRE OR SHOCK, FIXTURE MUST BE INSTALLED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTRICAL/BUILDING CODES. THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THIS UNIT SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN OR CERTIFIED FACTORY TRAINED TECHNICIAN.

• UNPACK FIXTURE, PARTS AND PARTS BAG(S) BEFORE DISCARDING THE CARTON. MAKE CERTAIN THAT ALL PARTS ARE FOUND. INSPECT THE FIXTURE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION FOR ANY DAMAGE. HVLG DOES NOT PAY OR REIMBURSE ELECTRICIAN FEES. FIXTURE MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED. SEE WARRANTY FOR EXCEPTIONS.
• PLEASE CLEAN WITH A SOFT, DRY CLOTH ONLY! DO NOT USE CLEANSERS.

FIXTURE INSTALLATION

1. Using the MOUNTING PLATE (A) mark holes on the wall for the WALL ANCHORS (B), drill holes on the ceiling and push the WALL ANCHORS (B) into the wall.
2. Secure the WOOD SCREWS (C) into the each WALL ANCHORS (B).
3. Hang the MOUNTING PLATE (A) onto the WOOD SCREWS(C), and Tighten until secure.
4. Place the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (E) onto the MOUNTING PLATE (A) and secure with the SET SCREWS (D)
5. Screw the BULB (G) up into the SOCKET of the fixture. THIS FIXTURE IS RATED FOR 60 WATT TYPE G25 LAMP. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED WATTAGE!
6. Plug the CORD (F) into the wall outlet. Turn the switch on the cord.
