Product Information
The product is a lighting fixture manufactured by the Hudson Valley Lighting Group, under the Troy Lighting brand. It is compatible with 6 watt type A lamps and should not be used with higher wattage bulbs. The fixture assembly includes a mounting plate, wing fasteners, wood screws, set screws, a bulb, an Allen key tool, and a headless screw. The product’s replacement hardware kit is identified by the part number HDW-PTL.
Product Usage Instructions
- Start by unpacking all the components of the fixture and make sure you have everything needed for installation.
- Locate the mounting plate (A) and attach it to the ceiling using the wood screws (C).
- Attach the wing fasteners (B) to the mounting plate (A).
- Attach the fixture assembly (G) to the wing fasteners (B) using the set screws (S).
- Insert the bulb (H) into the fixture assembly (G).
- Ensure that the wattage of the bulb does not exceed 6 watts.
- Use the Allen key tool (E) and headless screw (F) to secure the fixture assembly (G) in place.
- Connect the cord (I) to a power source.

- DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE RE-LAMPING OR WIRING THE FIXTURE. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
- TO AVOID THE RISK OF FIRE OR SHOCK, FIXTURE MUST BE INSTALLED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTRICAL/BUILDING CODES. THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THIS UNIT SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN OR CERTIFIED FACTORY TRAINED TECHNICIAN.

- UNPACK FIXTURE, PARTS AND PARTS BAG(S) BEFORE DISCARDING THE CARTON. MAKE CERTAIN THAT ALL PARTS ARE FOUND. INSPECT THE FIXTURE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION FOR ANY DAMAGE. HVLG DOES NOT PAY OR REIMBURSE ELECTRICIAN FEES. FIXTURE MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED. SEE WARRANTY FOR EXCEPTIONS.
- PLEASE CLEAN WITH A SOFT, DRY CLOTH ONLY! DO NOT USE CLEANSERS.
FIXTURE INSTALLATION
- Using the MOUNTING PLATE (A) mark holes on the wall for the WING FASTENER (B), drill holes and push the WING FASTENERS (B) into the wall, with the WOOD SCREWS (C) attached. Place the MOUNTING PLATE (A) over the WOOD SCREW (C) and tighen to the wall.
- Hang the FIXTURE ASSEMBLY (G) onto the MOUNTING PLATE (A), and secure with the SET SCREWS (D).
- Screw the BULB (H) up into the socket of the fixture. THIS FIXTURE IS RATED FOR 60 WATT TYPE A19 LAMP. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED WATTAGE!
- Adjust the angle of the below shade use the ALLEN KEY TOOLING (E) with HEADLESS SCREW (F).
- Plug the CORD (I) into the wall outlet. Turn the switch on the socket.
