Failure to follow the safety instructions can lead to fire, electrical shock, personal injury, property damage or damage to this product. Please read this entire manual.

  • Do not use this unit for anything other than its intended use.
  • Keep the unit away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
  • Do not expose the unit to extremely high or low temperatures.
  • Use this product in a location with a temperature of 32° F (0° C) – 104° F (40° C).
  • Do not let the unit come into contact with water or liquid of any kind. If the unit becomes wet, immediately unplug it from the power source.
  • Do not handle the unit, USB cord or wall charger with wet hands.
  • Donot let dust or other debris accumulate on the product and the wall charger.
  • Do not use the unit if it has been dropped or damaged in any way.
  • Use the specified power source and voltage.
  • Make sure the wall charger is inserted all the way into the electrical outlet. When not in use, unplug the wall chager.

LED INDICATOR STATUS

Standby: The LED indicator will light up white for one second when the unit is plugged in and go into standby mode.
Charging: The LED indicator will have a slow breathing like effect. This means the charging pad is charging your device safely. The LED will turn off after about five times.
Abnormal: The LED indicator will pulse rapidly, indicating an abnormal or metal obstruction has been detected.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C cable to your wall adapter and connect to an outlet.
Step 2: Place the charging pad on a flat surface.
Step 3: Place your device directly onto the center of the charging pad.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Issue Cause Solutions
Device is not charging. The device might not be on the charging pad properly.

The case on the device might be too thick, preventing the device from charging.| Remove the device and replace it onto the charging pad properly
Remove the case from the devicebefore trying to charge again.
The LED indicator is not lighting up.| The charging pad is not getting power.| Disconnect the charging pad from the power source. Make sure
the cable and wall adapter are connected properly.
Connect the charging pad to another power source.
Flashing LED indicator| Foreign Object Detection (FOD)is triggered.
A metal object is detected by the charging pad.| Remove the metal object between your device and the charging pad.
If your device case contains metal, then remove your case.
