WATCH COMPONENTS
Note:
- Long press the power button to turn on/off the watch.
- Please fully charge the watch before using it. And keep the watch screen facing down when charging. The charging time is about 2 hours.
- Please do not use the vehicle power supply to charge, to avoid burning the charging IC due to unstable voltage, causing the charging cable to age or burn out.
REPLACE WATCHBAND
- Turn over the watch and find the band latch. Push
- To release the latch, slide the flat button toward the band.
- Gently pull the band away from the watch to release it.
- Repeat on the other side.
INSTALL WATCHBAND
To attach the band, press it into the end of the watch until you hear a click and it snaps into place. The band with loops and peg is attached to the top of the watch.
CHARGING WATCH
Attach the supplied charger to charging sensors on the back of watch, and insert the other end of the charger into USB wall charger (not over 5V/2A) or USB interface of computer.
Note:
For first use, please charge the watch for 5 minutes, or it may not be turned
on, and it takes about 2 hours to fully charge the watch.

PAIR WITH WATCH

Open the app, register and log in to your account.

Click the third small icon “Me” at the bottom of the page – Click “No Device Added” – “Click to scan the QR code” Scan the QR code on the watch (Setting – QR code) – “Agree to the phone pairing request?” pops up on the watch, select “V” – Click “Pair” in the Bluetooth pairing request that pops up on the phone – to achieve a successful connection(PARSONVER LW45)
Note: -
Turn on the Bluetooth on the mobile phone.

Reset the watch when no Bluetooth signal found.

Need to enter the app to pair with watch, cannot connect tothe Bluetooth in the phone settings.

When the Bluetooth is successfully connected, the main interface pulls down and the sign in the upper left corner is, if there is no connection, the sign in the upper left corner is.
BASIC NAVIGATION
The home screen is the clock.
- Swipe DOWN to access quick settings.
- Swipe UP to check notifications.
- Swipe LEFT to check interfaces: Activity data, heart rate and sleep tracking.
- Swipe RIGHT to enter the main menu to view all the apps on your watch.
- Press the tactile button on the right side of the watch to return to the clock face.
- Press and hold your finger on the clock face customize the watch dial.
MAJOR FUNCTIONS
Activity Data
To view the number of steps you’ve walked, distance and calories burned in a
day.
Workout
You can select a sport mode and check the exercise time, heart rate, calories
burned, etc.
Sleep Tracking
To monitor your sleep data, including sleep time sleep stage, and sleep
quality. The data will sync to FitCloudPro app once you get up.
Notification Reminders
The watch will vibrate when you receive notifications.,
Note: The watch only can choose to reject calls. It CANNOT call or reply
messages.
Heart Rate Monitor
Continuously track your heart rate for 24 hours. Data can sync to the
FitCloudPro app.

- The watchband is made of silicone. People who are allergic to silicone, please be cautious before buying. If you experience any discomfort or rash after wearing it, please stop using it in time and contact us to return the product.
- Using correctly to avoid allergy
- Keep your watch clean, especially after workouts, swimming, or when the watch is dirty.
- Wear the watch correctly, not too tight or too loose. Don’t wear it 24 hours a day, and it is recommended taking off the watch for at least 20 minutes a day.
- Strengthen the moisture barrier and use moisturiz- ers containing lipids, glycerol and ceramide.
- Use creams such as hydrocortisone to relieve itching.
- See a dermatologist to get a conclusive answer.
