WATCH COMPONENTS
Note
- Long press the power button to turn on/off the watch.
- Please fully charge the watch before using it. And keep the watch screen facing down when charging· The charging time is about 2 hours.
- Please do not use the vehicle power supply to charge, to avoid burning the charging IC due to unstable voltage, causing the charging cable to age or burn out.
REPLACE WATCHBAND
- Turn over the watch and find the band latch. Push.
- To release the latch, slide the flat button toward the band.
- Gently pull the band away from the watch to release it.
- Repeat on the other side.
INSTALL WATCHBAND
To attach the band, press it into the end of the watch until you hear a click and it snaps into place. The band with loops and peg is attached to the top of the watch.
CHARGING WATCH
Attach the supplied charger to the charging sensors on the back of the watch, and insert the other end of the charger into the USB wall charger (not over 5V/2A) or USB interface of a computer.
DOWNLOAD FITOMO APP
- Search and download Fitomo through the app store.
- Scan the QR code on the watch with Es your mobile phone (Settings – QR code) to download the APP or scan the OR code shown on the left to download.

CONNECT WATCH
- For first use, open the App “Fitomo”, register, and login in.
- Click the third small icon [Profile] at the bottom-Click [Connect Device]-Click the scan icon in the upper right corner and scan the QR Code on the watch (Setting-QR Code).
- A tip will appear: “Agree to the phone binding request?”, click “v” at the bottom to complete the connection.
- Click “Start Experience” on the app page and complete the connection.
Tip: DO NOT pair the watch with your smartphone directly in your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
BASIC NAVIGATION
The home screen is the clock.
- Swipe DOWN to access quick settings.
- Swipe UP to check notifications.
- Swipe LEFT to check interfaces: Activity data, heart rate and sleep tracking.
- Swipe RIGHT to enter the main menu to view all the a pps on your watch.
- Press the tactile button on the right side of the watch to return to the clock face.
- Press and hold your finger on the clock face customize the watch dial.
MAJOR FUNCTIONS
Activity Data
To view the number of steps you’ve walked, distance, and calories burned in a
day.
Workout
You can select a sport mode and check the exercise time, heart rate, calories
burned, etc.
Sleep Tracking
To monitor your sleep data, including sleep time, sleep stage, and sleep
quality. The data will sync to FitCloudPro app once you get up.
Notification Reminders
The watch will vibrate when you receive notifications. Note: The watch only can choose to reject calls. It CANNOT call or reply messages.
Heart Rate Monitor
Continuously track your heart rate for 24 hours. Data can sync to the FitCloudPro app.

ATTENTIONS
- The watch band is made of silicone. People who are allergic to silicone, please be cautious before buying. If you experience any discomfort or rash after wearing it, please stop using it in time and contact us to return the product.
- Using correctly to avoid allergy
- Keep your watch clean, especially after workouts, swimming, or when the watch is dirty.
- wear the watch correctly, not too tight or too loose. Don1t wear it 24 hours a day, and it is recommended to take off the watch for at least 20 minutes a day.
- strengthen the moisture barrier and use moisturizers containing lipids, glycerol and ceramide.
- use creams such as hydrocortisone to relieve itching.
- see a dermatologist to get a conclusive answer.
