Product Usage Instructions
Turning On the Watch
To turn on the watch, press and hold the side power button.
Note: For the first use, please charge the watch for at least 5 minutes before turning it on. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge the watch.
Downloading the App
- Power on the watch.
- Click to select the desired language.
- Scan the QR code of the watch.
- Download the GloryFit app:
- For iOS: Apple App Store
- For Android:
Google Play Store
Turning On/Off Call Audio
To turn on call audio, ensure that the upper left corner of the watch screen shows it is on. This allows you to answer and dial calls.
If the upper left corner is in a gray state, follow these steps:
- Click to turn off call audio.
- Click to turn it on again and check if it is on.
- On your mobile phone, find Settings, click Bluetooth, and
connect to the Bluetooth name of the watch (Parsonver FF1).
Menu Navigation
The watch menu can be accessed through various swipe gestures and button presses:
- Swipe Up: Enter message interface.
- Swipe Right: Enter recently used menu interface.
- Swipe Left: Enter daily exercise, sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, and weather interfaces.
- Press the side button when the screen is on: Enter menu interface.
- Press and hold the main interface to select the watch face.
- Single click the side button: Go back to the previous interface.
- Press and hold the side button for about 3 seconds: Shut down the watch.
Settings
Watch Face & Theme
To choose a dial and theme:
- Enter Setting Mode.
- Select Dial and Theme.
- Click the side button to return to the previous interface.
Sound & Vibration
To adjust sound and vibration settings:
- Set Vibration intensity.
- Turn on Media audio to sync sound playback from your mobile phone, such as voice assistant and music playback.
- Note: Make sure to turn off the media audio of the watch before using the Find Phone feature.
Brightness
To adjust brightness and screen time:
- Set the desired brightness level.
- Set the screen time.
Raise to Wake
To turn on/off Raise to wake:
- Enable or disable Raise to wake feature.
Password
To set or reset the watch password:
- Set Password Switch.
- If you forget the password, reset the watch to factory settings in the mobile app.
Do Not Disturb
To set the start time and end time of Do Not Disturb mode:
- Configure the desired start and end times for Do Not Disturb mode.
QR Code
To connect to the watch or download the app, scan the QR code.
System Info
In the System menu, you can find the following options:
- Reboot: Restart the watch.
- Power off: Turn off the watch.
- Reset the watch: Reset the watch to its default settings.
- Check Device name, Device version, Bluetooth address.
Daily Exercise
To check your daily exercise data:
- Swipe down on the interface to view Calories, Distance, and Steps (Step details and Weekly data).
Heart Rate
To monitor your heart rate:
- Monitor heart rate.
- Slide down on the interface to view the heart rate change chart for a week.
- Note: To view the 24-hour real-time heart rate change graph, open the app and navigate to Device > Heart rate settings. Turn on Automatic and Maximum heart rate reminder. When the heart rate exceeds the set value, the device will vibrate to remind you.
Training
To choose a training mode and view training data:
- Choose a training mode.
- Swipe down on the interface to view training time, heart rate, steps, calories, etc.
- Swipe right to continue or exit training mode.
- Swipe left to enter the music control interface.
Blood Oxygen
To monitor your blood oxygen level:
- Monitor blood oxygen.
- View the 24-hour blood oxygen change graph by opening the app and navigating to Device > Blood oxygen setting. Turn on Automatic setting and set Time period and Cycle.
Press and hold the side power button to turn on the watch
Note: For first use, please charge the watch for 5 minutes, or it may not
be turned on. And it takes about 2 hours to fully charge the watch.

Power on – Click to select the language – Scan the QR code of the watch –

Pair with Watch
- Open the app, register and log in to your account.
- Click the third small icon “Device” at the bottom of the page -Click “Add a new device”
Click in the upper right corner – Scan the QR code on the watch (Settings – QR Code) – on the App “FF1(ID-****) would like to pair with your phone.” that pops up, select “Pair” – to achieve a successful con-nection (Bluetooth Name: Parsonver FF1 )
Note:
1. Turn on the Bluetooth on the mobile phone.
2. Reset the watch when no Bluetooth signal found.
- Need to enter the app to pair the watch, cannot con-nect to the Bluetooth in the phone settings.
- When the Bluetooth is successfully connected, the main interface pulls down and the sign in the upper left corner is on, if there is no connection, the sign in the upper left corner is a gray state.
- Click the third small icon “Device” at the bottom of the page – Click “More settings” – Click “Device language” to set the language of the watch.
Basic Operation
Swipe Down to access quick settings.
Turn on/off call audio
Note: Turn on call audio, in the upper left corner is on, can answer and dial
calls.
If in the upper left corner is a gray state,
- Click to turn off call audio, then turn it on again, and check on.
- Need to find “Settings” on the mobile phone – Click “Bluetooth” – Find the Bluetooth name of the watch “Parsonver FF1” – Click to connect
- Swipe Up to enter message interface.
- Swipe Right to enter recently used menu interface.
- Swipe Left to enter daily exercise, sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, weather interface.
- When the screen is on, press the side button to enter menu interface.
- Press and hold the main interface to select the watch face.
- Single click the side button can back to the previous interface.
- Press and hold the side button for about 3 seconds to shut down.
Setting Mode

Watch face & Theme
Choose “Dial” and “Theme”, and click the side button to return to the previous interface. -
Sound & vibration
Set “Vibration” intensity, turn on “Media audio” and turn on “Mute” mode.
Note: When turning on media audio, the watch can sync all sound playback of mobile phone, such as voice as-sistant and music playback. -
Bright
Set the brightness and screen time. -
Raise to wake
Turn on/off “Raise to wake”. -
Password
Set “Password Switch”, when forgetting password, please reset the watch to factory settings in the mobile APP. -
Do not disturb
Set the start time and end time of “Do not disturb” mode. -
System
“Reboot”, “Power off”, “Re-set” the watch. -
QR Code
Scan to connect to the watch or download the APP. -
Info
Check “Device name”, “Device version”, “Bluetooth address”.
Press the side button to enter the menu to see more functions when the screen is on
Call
You can select “Contacts” or use “Dial Pad” to dial calls. And you can check
“Call Logs” on the watch.
Note: Click to hang up, click to adjust the volume, click to turn on/off microphone. The other party can hear you when the microphone is on, but cannot hear you when the microphone is off.
Contact Person setting
Open the app – Click the third small icon “Device” at the bottom – Click
“Bluetooth Call” – Click “Sync Contacts” – Click “Open” – on the App
“GloryFit” Would Like to Access Your Contacts that pops up and select “OK” to
sync contacts to the watch.
Daily Exercise
Swipe down on the interface can check “Calories”, “Dis-tance”, “Steps”(Step
details and Weekly data).

Heart Rate
Monitor heart rate, and slide down on the interface to view heart rate change chart for a week
Note: To view the 24-hour real-time heart rate change graph, open the app and find the third small icon “De-vice” at the bottom of the page – Click “Heart rate set-tings” – Turn on “Automatic” and “Maximum heart rate reminder”, when the heart rate is more than this value, the device will vibrate to remind you. -
Training
Choose a training mode, swipe down on the interface to view training time, heart rate, steps, calories, etc., swipe right to continue/exit training mode, swipe left to enter music control interface. -
Blood Oxygen
Monitor blood oxygen and view the 24-hour blood oxygen change graph, open the app and find the third small icon “Device” at the bottom of the page – Click
“Blood oxygen setting” – Turn on “Automatic setting” and set “Time period” and “Cycle”. -
Sleep
Monitor sleep data, slide down on the interface to view deep sleep, light sleep, awake time, and REM(rapid eye movement). -
Weather
Check the weather, swipe down on the interface to view future weather for next three days. -
Alarm Clock
Click “+” to choose “Time” and “Repeat” , and swipe right on the interface to save the alarm clock after setting. -
Voice Assistant
Click to wake up the voice assistant
Note: Need to turn on “Media audio” on Settings of the watch. -
SOS
Open the app – Click the third small icon “Device” at the bottom – Click “SOS Contact” to set -
Female Health
Open the app – Click the fourth small icon “Profile” at the bottom – Click “Physiological cycle” to set reminders Note:When registering an account, the gender must be female.
Open the app – Click the fourth small icon “Profile” at the bottom – Click on the avatar to set personal information -
Shake to Take Picture
Open the app – Click the third small icon “Device” at the bottom – Click “More settings” – Click “Shake to take picture” to enter photograph function -
SMS
Open the app – Click the third small icon “Device” at the bottom – Turn on message notification
Note: The watch cannot reply text messages.
Charge
For charging, please place the watch flat, and make sure the metal holes on the back are aligned with the metal tip of the charging head (charging contact spac-ing: 4mm).
Note:
- The rated voltage of the charging head is 5V/0.5A.
- Please do not use the vehicle power supply to charge, to avoid causing the charging cable to age or burn out due to the unstable voltage.
Replace the watchband
Slide the switch of the watch-band, and replace the same specification(watchband width: 22mm).
Precautions
- Please clean your watch regularly.
- Please do not wear it too tight to avoid discomfort.
- Please do not use for swimming. When getting wet, be sure to dry the water on the watch before operating.
