Q1: How to connect my phone and my watch?

1. Download “Fitomo” App
2. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth
3. Open the app, and click “Add device “and “Search” to find the watch to connect

Q2: How to use the bluetooth call function?

1. Make sure your smart watch and phone are connected successfully.
2. Turn on Bluetooth in your phone
3. Open “Call Audio” in your watch, and make sure it’s “Connected”
4. Find “Dial” to make call.

Q3: How to customize the watch face?

1. Go to “Me” interface on the App–>”Dail Center”
2. Choose “Custom Dial”–>Bacground Picture
3. Choose and Sync the photo from Album you like

Q4: How to set up Always-on Mode?

1. “Sceen on”-set the duration of the bright screen.
2. “AOD clock”-choose Digital clock/Analog clock
Q: How to Customize your Own Picture?

Q5: How to add Contacts?

1. Open the app-click “Me”-click “Communication Equipment”-click “Frequent Contacts”
2. Select contacts to sync the the watch (Note: only can add up to 10 frequent contacts)

Q6: Can I wearing the watch to swimming?

1. No, It’s IP68 waterproof, not support wearing it swimming, it’s sweat proof and rain proof, it can be used directly in daily washing, shower of cold water.
2. Don’t operate the watch underwater.
3. Do not use in bath, sauna, hot spring and hot steam, which will lead to product failure.

Q7: What to do if the watch doesn’t record my sleep?

1. Make sure your phone and watch are connected successfully
2. Please restart the watch and check if there is a sleep record in next day.

Q8: What to do if I can’t get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?

1. Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters.
2. Please check if your watch has been connected to another mobile phone, if yes, please disconnect the phone and try again
3. If the app can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Watch–> Settings–> “reset”.) Then try again.
4. If you still can’t connect the watch: please uninstall the app and also delete the the Bluetooth in your phone. Install the app and try again.

Q9: What to do if I can’t receive the notifications?

1. Make sure the Bluetooth is open and the watch is connected
2. Give the Notification Permission (Go to your phone settings–>Find the “Fitomo” app –>Switch on “Notifications”)
3. Turned on “Push Notifications” on app (Go to the Fitomo app–> Me–> Click the ” Notifications”–> Switch on the application you need.)
4. If you still can’t receive notification: please uninstall the app and delete the Bluetooth paired in your phone. Install the app and try again.

Q10: How to switch the 24 Hour to 12 Hour, Celsius to Fahrenheit, metric to Imperial?

1. Go to the “Me” interface on the App, Click the watch photo on the upper right.
2. Choose “Time Format”, 24hour to 12hour
3. Choose “Unit” > “Units Settings” Metric to Imperial > “Temperature Settings” Celsius to Fahrenheit
