Tools required:
A. 10mm Torque;
B. Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench;
C. 13mm Wrench;
D. 5mm Hex Bit Socket;
Installation time:
About 1-2 hours, 2 people may be needed. Installation time may differ
according to your mechanical skill level.

Installation instruction:
Step 1:
Disconnect wiring harness before removing the door. Remove the plastic cover
at the base of the B-pillar to access the electrical connector. Release the
red locking tab and pull down on the connector. Next, remove the strap from
the hook located inside the vehicle.NOTICE!The door can swing freely once the
strap is released potentially causing damage to your vehicle. Do not let go of
the door when the strap is disconnected.
Step 2:
Remove the Torx nut from the bottom of each factory hinge pin. Set these nuts
aside to be re-installed on the Half Doors. To remove the factory doors,
carefully lift the door upward until the hinge pins completely clear the
hinges. It will be helpful to have someone else assist with this step.
Step 3:
Lay the door on the ground, use a blanket or big cardboard between the door
and the ground to keep the outside of the door from scratch.
Step 4:
Confirm the right hinge installed in the right position, there are the
positions you can figure out shown below. (Make sure you installed right hinge
on the right position, you can compare with picture showed below).
Attention : The strap at the lower part of doors, they have installed with straps at back. Don’t forget to install it. Showed Below.
Step 5:
Build up door assembly. Install the Hinges and other parts on the door.
A.The Front door assembly installation.
(1)(2)Install the front upper hinge with the screws in the package.
(3)(4)Install the front lower hinge with the screws in the package.
B. The Front door Installation
(5)Slide the door onto the factory hinge pins. Tighten the hinge bolts while
the door is closed.
(6)Place the strap over the top of the retaining hook and make sure the door
is secured.
Then the Front door installation is over.
Step 6:
The Rear door installation. The difference between Front and Rear door
installation is the strap (the longth of the rear strap is longer than the
front).
Following work is just seem like the Front door.
Step 7:
The installation is complete. We hope you enjoy a wonderful off-road life with
