LyteProfile LED Gen 3 Round Downlights
Read and understand these instructions Before installing luminaire
(fixture).
This luminaireis intended for installation in accordance with the National
Electrical Code and local regulations. To assure full compliance with local
codes and regulations, check with your local electrical inspector before
installation.
To prevent electrical shock, turn off electricity at fuse box before
proceeding. Allow fixture to cool before handling.
Installation for LyteProfile & EasyLyte Light Engine Trims:
- P4RDL_ series
- P6RDL_ series
- P4RSL_ series
- P6RSL_ series
Caution (RISK OF FIRE)
Use only with LED light engines and reflector
Trims provided by Philips Lightolier. Use of other manufacturers trims may
void the Underwriters Laboratories listening and could constitute a fire
hazard.
Instructions for all applications
Step 1
Set Trim Springs to the correct position for the ceiling thickness.
Adjustment Ladders can be positioned every ¼” to fit various ceiling heights.
To adjust, gently disengage shim on trim spring, slide spring to appropriate
ladder setting, and allow to click into place. See Fig. A
Step 2
Feed Driver from Light Engine through the aperature hole in the ceiling and
snap into J-Box. Squeeze the two Trim Springs upward while pushing the Trim
Reflector up into the ceiling cutout. See Figs.B1 & B2. Note: Trim can be
removed by grasping reflector flange and pulling straight down.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits
for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 14 of the FCC Rules. Theses
limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment.
This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if
not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause
harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a
residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the
user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.
