Product Usage Instructions
Pairing LED Lamps and App (IMMAX NEO PRO)
To pair LED lamps with the IMMAX NEO PRO app:
- Ensure the app is installed on your device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the devices.
- Note any discrepancies between Android and iOS versions.
- Update firmware if needed for optimal functionality.
Unpair Equipment from IMMAX NEO PRO Smart Gateway
- Open the IMMAX NEO PRO application.
- Go to the Room icon and select the device to unpair.
- Access Settings by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner.
- Select “Remove device”.
- Choose either Disconnect or Disconnect and wipe data.
- Confirm the removal of the device.
Reset Smart Socket
- Press and hold the On/Off button for at least 5 seconds.
- Observe the LED indicator flashing rapidly to indicate a successful reset.
Maintenance
To maintain the device:
- Avoid contamination and soiling.
- Use a soft cloth for cleaning; avoid rough materials.
- Avoid solvents or aggressive cleaners/chemicals.

PREPARATION

Connect the socket to the mains.

If the LED indicator on the socket does not flash, press the On/Off button for at least 5 seconds.

Make sure that the LED indicator on the socket flashes rapidly.

Everything is ready for pairing.

Open the Immax NEO PRO application.

Click on the “Room” icon.

Click on the “+” icon to add a new device.

In the left column, select the Immax NEO category.

Select Smart Socket (ZigBee) from the available products.
-
Select the smart gateway with which you want to pair this device
( Note : this is necessary if you have more than one smart gateway Immax NEO PRO). -
Click on the “Next Step” icon.

Confirm that the LED indicator is blinking rapidly

Click on the “Next step” icon.

Wait until the device is properly paired with the smart gateway Immax NEO PRO.

Enter the device name.

Select the room in which you want the device to be located.

Click “Done.”
UNPAIR EQUIPMENT FROM THE IMMAX NEO PRO SMART GATEWAY
- Open the Immax NEO PRO application
- Click on the “Room” icon
- Select the device you want to unpair
- Click on the icon in the upper right corner of “Settings”
- Click “Remove device”
- Select one of the options
- Disconnect – removes the device from the Immax NEO PRO application, but device information remains stored in the Immax NEO cloud
- Disconnect and wipe data – remove the device fromthe application Immax NEO PRO and from the Immax NEO cloud
- Confirm the removal of the device
RESET SMART SOCKET
- Press the On/Off button for a minimum of 5 seconds.
- The LED indicator on the socket should flash rapidly.
