How do I run reports about my club?
This guide will show you how to run reports about the members linked to your club
This guide will cover:
- How to log in
- How to generate a report
- How to view a report
Log into your My BG account using your email address/username and password
Once you have logged in, click on the menu button in the top left corner and select ` Club Reports ‘
Click the ` Members ‘ category to find reports on your members
You will see a list of standard reports, which you can click to download to .csv or PDF
What do these reports tell me?
The following reports are available:
- Club members - this will download a list of your members and their details, including their membership category and membership expiry date. You can use this report to cross reference to any data from your club management system
- Club member invites - this will show you a list of existing members that you have invited to join your club and the status of the request
- Members bookings by MID - this will show you a list of events and courses that this member has booked onto. To run this report, you will have to input the relevant member’s membership number
