How to set “user groups”?

In standby mode, press the ” ” button to enter the user group selection interface. Then press the ” ” button again to switch and select user groups.

How to set “year/month/date/time’ ?

In standby mode, press “ ” for 3 seconds to enter the setting interface.

1. When the “year” flashes, press the “ ” button to adjust to the desired year. Press the “ ” button to confirm, and then the “month” will flash;
2. Follow the same step to adjust the “month” “date” “time”.

How to set “voice ”? (Optional)

1. After setting the time, the screen will display “SP ON”.
2. Press the “ ” to choose “SP ON” (speaker on) or“SP OF” (speaker off),
3. Press the “ ” to confirm.

How to set “unit”?

The default is mmHg.

1. In standby mode, keep pressing “ ” button for about 10 seconds to enter the unit selection,
2. Press” “ to switch mmHg/kPa. Press “ ” to confirm the selection.

How to check memory data?

1. In standby mode, press the” ” button and the device will display the average value of the measure- ment for the first three times.
2. Press the” ” button again to check the 99 sets of memory values one by one.

How to take proper measurements?

1. Sitting correctly
   To take a measurement, you need to be relaxed and comfortably seated in a room with a comfortable temperature. Place your arm on the table.
   • Sit in a comfortable chair with your back and arm supported.
   • Keep your feet flat and your legs uncrossed.
   • The arm cuff should be placed on your arm at the same level as your heart, with the arm resting comfortably on a table.

2. Applying the arm cuff
   Take off the clothes on the arm.
   1. Connect the arm cuff to your monitor by inserting the air plug into the air jack securely.
   2. Place your hand through the cuff loop. Pull the cuff until it reaches your upper left arm.

3. Taking a measurement
   Start measurement after wearing the cuff:
   Press the “ ” and the monitor will begin to inflate. Please do not move or talk during the measurement. (The voice version will automatically broadcast the measured result during the measurement process.)
