Immax NEO Smart Radiator Actuator Zigbee

The Immax NEO Smart Radiator Actuator Zigbee is a smart home device that allows you to control the temperature of your room. It connects to a Zigbee gateway and can be controlled through the Immax NEO PRO app, available for download from Google Play and the App Store. The device has advanced settings that can be accessed through a password (123456).

Product Display and Buttons

The device has two buttons (A and B) and displays various icons and information:

  • A: Displays Auto Mode, Manual Mode, Energy Saving Mode, Low Battery, Children Lock, Boost Mode, Open Window Function, Comfort Mode, Auto Mode Period, Holiday Mode, Room Temperature, and Time Setting.
  • B: Displays Zigbee Connection Status, Set Temperature/Advanced Options, Valve Status, and Keys Rotation.

Product Installation and Initial Commissioning

After powering on the device, the screen will show “all” for 3 seconds. To set the time, press the button for time setting, and turn the rotation to adjust the value for hour, minute, and week. Press the button again to confirm the setting and remember the time. To start the system self-check, press the button for self-check. If there is a fault prompt during self-check, handle the fault before proceeding.

Product Special Function Description

The device has special functions that can be accessed through advanced settings:

  • Holiday Mode:  To activate holiday mode, press and hold button A for 3 seconds to access advanced settings, and choose holiday mode. Then set the temperature and days using short presses and the rotation. To exit holiday mode, press button A.
  • Open Window Function: The device turns off the window opening function by default, but it can be turned on in advanced option 2 setting [reset disable when changing the battery].
  • Comfort Mode and Energy Saving Mode: To switch between comfort mode and energy saving mode, press button B. To enter the comfort mode parameter setting, press and hold button B for 3 seconds, and turn the rotation to adjust the value.

Product Usage Instructions

Immax NEO Smart Radiator Actuator Zigbee

To use the Immax NEO Smart Radiator Actuator Zigbee, follow these steps:

  1. Download the Immax NEO PRO app from Google Play or the App Store or load the attached QR code.
  2. After the Zigbee gateway is configured, enter the gateway to add sub-devices, and wait for the actuator to be powered on and the system self-check is completed.
  3. To activate flashing access network connected mode, long press button A and B. Please refer to the gateway manual for Zigbee gateway configuration.
  4. To switch between manual mode and auto mode, short press button B. To enter advanced setting, long press button B for 3 seconds.
  5. To switch between comfort mode and energy saving mode, short press button B. To enter comfort mode parameter setting, long press button B for 3 seconds and turn the rotation to adjust the value.
  6. To start the BOOST function and turn on the BOOST fast heating mode, long press button A for 3 seconds. To exit this function and return to the previous mode, short press any key during operation.
  7. To lock/unlock keys, long press button A for 3 seconds.
  8. To set the time, press button A for time setting, and turn the rotation to adjust the value for hour, minute, and week. Press the button again to confirm the setting and remember the time.
  9. To activate holiday mode, press and hold button A for 3 seconds to access advanced settings, and choose holiday mode. Then set the temperature and days using short presses and the rotation. To exit holiday mode, press button A.
  10. The device turns off the window opening function by default, but it can be turned on in advanced option 2 setting [reset disable when changing the battery].

Advanced function setting password: 123456

  1. After the ZigBee gateway is configured, enter the gateway to add sub-devices, and wait for the actuator to be powered on and the system self-check is completed.
  2. Long press and to activate flashing access network connected mode. Please refer to the gateway manual for Zigbee gateway configuration.

INSTALLATION AND INITIAL COMMISSIONING

After power on, the screen will show all for 3 seconds.|

Time setting: when flashing then press enter hour setting, turn the rotation to adjust the value, press again enter minute setting, turn the rotation to adjust the value, press again to set week, turn the rotation to adjust the value, press            to confirm setting and remember time.

Note: after the actuator completes its self-check, under normal working status, if need to modify time, long press 3s access to advanced setting. And press  to choose , short press   enter time setting, the same as above method.

When display „Ad“, press Start system self-check, when

display „1“, this is the first step of system self-check. When display „2“, this is the second step for self-check, after finish self-check, if there is no fault prompt, it will enter the normal

working state. If there is a fault prompt, please handle the fault first, otherwise it will not enter the normal working state.

AUTO MODE SETTING

Long press about 3s access to advanced setting, short press switch to auto mode setting short press access to auto mode setting , short press to choose which item you want. First set the auto mode to 5 means: 5=5+2 days, 6=6+1 days, 7= 7 days, after pressing to access to hour or minute setting, short press again access to temperature setting, turn the rotation to adjust value, short press choose: hour, minute, time period, and turn the rotation to adjust value, finished setting, about 10 seconds will automatically save and exit.
