1665NS Tegaderm CHG Chlorhexidine Gluconate I.V. Port Dressing

Dear Valued Distribution Partner,
3M removed a sticky note with instructions (see image below) applied to each
3M™ Tegaderm™ CHG Chlorhexidine Gluconate I.V. Port Dressing manufactured.
Product catalog numbers include 1665 and 1665NS. Sticky notes with application
instructions will no longer be applied to the dressings as of the end of
December 2023.
The IFU (containing application instructions) and product application guides
(print and video) will continue to be available. Although not required, an
electronic version of the application instructions formerly printed on the
sticky note will also be available to print or for kit makers to incorporate
into their kit instruction. No other changes to the product or process of
manufacturing the product are being made.
